Have had Frontier for quite a while for landline business and occasionally the service down; however, I have now been without voicemail service for a full week. Unsure how much this has ultimately cost me. Was told it was fixed, it is not - spending hours now looking for new business phone service provider!
Terrible internet service. Completely unreliable. Would not recommend to anyone.
This is the worst internet service ever. We only have service about 50% of the time. We cancelled our Netflix because internet wasnt good enough to stream to tv. We didnt have internet for a week straight so we called to have someone come out and look at our router and modem since there werent any outages in our area. They schedule us a week out which was frustrating enough. Then when the day came, no one showed up. No one called us to cancel or reschedule. They are the only provider that we can get where we live or I would NEVER deal with them again. Dont waste your money if you dont have to.
