We just had our first visit from The Cleaning Authority. The team that cleaned the house were very thorough and careful with personal items. It was great to see everything sparkling at the end of the cleaning. I was impressed that Dave, the owner, took time out of his busy day to stop by and check on how things were going. He even pitched in on cleaning in one area! Overall a very good experience. Looking forward to the next cleaning.

Never had a consistent set of people for cleaning which wasn’t a huge deal, but 8 out of 10 where extremely unprofessional. My husband and I both work from home and had to deal with on most occasions crew members would play music on their phones at full volume, call loved ones and debt collectors on speaker at full volume. Call people in their lives and actively talk about things in my home. Beyond general professionalism, the cleans themselves were subpar at best. I would check their lists and see that the labor didn’t match. Once I was finally fed up and wanted to cancel their services suddenly it was impossible to reach anyone. Management claimed it was a few bad apples. But how many bad apples can there be before it’s just the company culture.

Today was our first cleaning and we are thrilled with the results. The team arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. We were also pleased that the company owner stopped by to say Hello and check on how things were going!Thank you TCA! See you next month!

Tried to have them come out for an estimate to use them. After not showing up for 2 hours and multiple calls, a customer service rep was able to reach the estimator who claimed to have called me 4 days ago to let me know they didnt have enough manpower for the job. Problem is, I requested the estimate yesterday, so 4 days ago was a complete lie. If this is how they are willing to start off a relationship, then I will NEVER use them. One honest 3 minute phone call could have avoided all this.

Poor Communication! Received an estimate on Mon, July 12. We accepted the quote the same day. Were told that Dave will call with the scheduled date. We got no response from Dave. So, I left a follow-up message on July19. Still no response into the following week! All they had to do to keep my business was to communicate. But NO response is unprofessional. We ended up hiring ecomaids for housekeeping. Ecomaids did a great job! Sorry cleaning authority that we couldnt join the other 5star reviewers of your business.

Quick and thorough! We had our first clean today and were very impressed by the attention to detail and how quickly they accomplished the task. Decently priced and I appreciated their ability to accommodate our schedule.

I am a single, full time working mom with a huge to do list and little time to get everything done. I decided it was time to look into hiring some help. I have never used a cleaning company before so I asked around for some recommendations. I received a few, The Cleaning Authority (TCA) being one, and reached out to 3 companies total, for quotes. TCA was the only company to come to my home for the quote and they ended up being the cheapest. I like that they come to your home because they’re able to give you a more customer quote. Approx a week after my quote, they called to schedule my first cleaning which was today. I came home to a sparkling clean home and I am a very satisfied customer. They cleaned my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room and I have zero complaints! I will 100% continue to use their service and look forward to their next visit.

My tram comes every other week. They typically do a great job and today was no exception. Thank you ladies!

All employees for this cleaning service have been very courteous and professional. They leave our home sparkling clean and smelling fresh.

I say deep clean AND standard clean because of TCAs unique rotation system where specific areas get extra attention (eg bathrooms, kitchen, living areas etc) each visit. It is this feature that I like most about the cleaning authority. They always do a deep clean of one area and standard for the rest of them. They come as a team and are quick and efficient meaning your home is not offline for an extended period when many are working and schooling online.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I TRIED to use them for a moving clean and they never showed up...I spoke with the owner on 11/18 because we wanted our apartment cleaned prior to our lease end on 11/30. He advised that the only day they had available was ON 11/30 do to Thanksgiving the week prior. I told him as long as it was done in the morning before I met with the landlord at 3:30pm, that would work for me.The owner came to my home on 11/19 and provided me an estimate. He stated that the cleaners would arrive at 8am on 11/30.We moved out on 11/22. I went to the home at 8am on 11/30 and by 8:15am I called to confirm the cleaning. I was told they would be arriving between 10:30-11:30am that day. I let him know I would be leaving the key under the mat because I was there to meet them at 8 and cannot stay all day to wait. He said okay, he will let the cleaners know the key is there.I came back at 3:30pm to meet the landlord and walked into a home that was not cleaned. The cleaners never showed up and haven’t answered my calls since. I have tried to call more than 15 times (from multiple phone numbers) since and have not had my call answered once. No explanation.Today I called into the corporate office and the owner answered the phone for them. He told the woman he was sorry that no one came to clean yesterday and that they could come tomorrow. I advised that no, that wouldn’t work because I had to return my keys to my landlord, which he was aware of. [and I have a voicemail from him on my phone confirming as well]. And now my landlord is charging me $500 for cleaning services. The woman from corporate put an urgent request in for the owner to contact me to resolve this and pay the difference. The owner has still not returned my calls.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe there was some sort of emergency. But the fact that they told the woman from corporate that they just didn’t get to it and couldn’t even bother to call me - and still haven’t called me 24+ hours later - is absolutely ridiculous. Take your patronage elsewhere.

They came and cleaned twice - these first two initial cleans are supposed to be the deep cleans but they were superficial. Different people every time, no consistency, low quality. When I emailed immediately after the clean with pictures about things I was dissatisfied with, I never heard back. Youre paying for a Cadillac and getting a beater. After two cleaned I cancelled the service.

My new Group 11 cleaners, Krissy and Chris, were the very best, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you, and I hope I get these two lovely ladies again! Please tell them how much I appreciated their work!

The first clean was incredible! Unfortunately, three sets of blinds were broken. We were not concerned because they promptly called, ordered new, and had them sent to the house. That was in early/mid July and it’s now November and they still are not fixed. Subsequent cleanings have been average. Once, the front door was unlocked and they walked right into the house! I WFH and expected a knock to let someone in and felt uncomfortable that they just walked in. Overall, not satisfied considering the price.

Ive always thought our teams were pretty darned good but today was a game-changer. Team #7 (Amanda and Danielle) came today and holy snot they made the house sparkle in a way I havent seen since a year ago when my retired mother cleaned the house and washed the floors on her hands and knees. (I paid her, so please dont thinking Im a complete monster.)Amanda and Danielle need some serious recognition. What do I have to do to make them our regulars? Hazlenut coffee and eggs Benedict upon arrival? We would gladly do it. 😽

Only first cleaning service was decent later the quality was poor and when I left a feedback for the owner Dave he did not address any issue instead discontinued the service abruptly without letting me know. Highly unprofessional and poor communication.

This has been the most positive cleaning and cleaning team that I have ever had. We are somewhat new to the area and the Cleaning Authority seemed appealing, with a detail rotation. I previously had various companies promise home beautiful, but nothing compares to this cleaning. The two person team were friendly, and positive, and showed me a great deal of respect at the same time. They both left with a rosy blush on their cheeks from all their effort. What a pleasure!

Cris and Krissy did an amazing job cleaning our house today. This was the cleanest it’s ever been after a visit. It was evident things were cleaned/wiped as they were put back in a neat manner. The small touches they made with the towels/washcloths was nice. Our shower was never cleaner! Additionally, they were very thorough. Typically, the cleaning people come and go in an hour and things are never put back correctly, lights are left on, etc.

For the most part I was happy. They did not seem organized so I think some things were missed. Baseboards in living room were not wiped. All tables in living room were not dusted. When vacuuming went around easy to move furniture. I will give them one more chance.

The girls who came were prompt and professional and friendly. My house was clean as can be. Only missed the “dog noseS” on my glass doors. But other than that, I was quite pleased!

We hired them for once a month cleanings. When you first sign up, they do two deep cleans in a row - kitchen and bathrooms and then living areas. We have had both deep cleans done and it had been WONDERFUL! There was a miscommunication with the first one and our half baths weren’t cleaned but they came out the next day (as soon as I contacted them) to resolve it. The house looks GREAT and smells so nice and clean (without being overly chemical smelling). The price for the job was excellent - I’ve tried several cleaners and TCA has been the best so far and the best value. Looking forward to our routine monthly cleanings!

A Cleaning Authority employee stole jewelry (engagement ring) from our family. The branch manager/owner offered to be helpful at first, but has since gone silent and is unresponsive in helping with a claim. I would advise against allowing these cleaning teams into your home, place of business, or anywhere else you value your belongings.

For the most part, the girls do a good job. There are things missed, even after I make the team aware. I wish the same girls came each time instead of new girls. This doesnt allow them to get to know the house.

I have had my home cleaned for almost 3 decades. I am in advertising sales and cleaning is not something I have time for nor do I chose to do when I am home. With that said I had the same cleaning person for 17 years and she retired. I have had one cleaning service after another. Some small privately owned and some franchised. They are not all the same. The Cleaning Authority is head and shoulders above any I have used in the past. The owner continues to have difficulty keep my cleaning schedule straight. They are inconsistent in communicating schedule change. When they tell you that you will have the same schedule time for each clean unless notified, they never do. It makes difficult for me to keep my work schedule straight when he messes the time. I have had to call to talk to the owner at least 3-4 time since they service my home this summer to get the schedule established!!! Too bad I have to give a one star in order to post.

Yesterday, Team 12 (Alyssa and Kristen) came by for the first time. They were very friendly, thorough, and actually a bit early on their arrival time. And, although I had requested one of the teams that had already been to my house, TCA didn’t honor my request and sent a new team over.This is the biggest factor that I do not like about TCA. I want the same team coming to our house, week after week. It’s not fair to the homeowners and it’s not fair to the cleaning teams to keep changing teams with every visit. We have to waste time giving the teams a tour of our house, and the cleaners don’t get a chance to learn how the homeowner likes things done in their homes.
