In moving a recliner out to their truck, a section of our kitchen flooring was torn badly. I pointed this out to them, but they said they could not promise that Junk King would pay for the repair. We have flooring sections that can be used to save on repair cost, and will notify Junk King of the repair cost. I expect it will be minimal. Overall, I was well pleased and the two gentlemen were totally professional.

Set up my appt online to get the $20 discount and choose my time, which was between 1-3. Got a text just after 8 from Don saying they were in the area and they were taking the couch and contact them when I could for payment. 2 min later I was finished. Great, fast service! I just have to say what a wonderful experience this was. We had four Bagster bags full and some additional items in our garage. Canceled it Bagster pick up and they took all four and some additional and we still saved money!! We are down sizing significantly. Haulers were friendly and worked quickly. We have a baby and they were very considerate as far as noise. They hauled out several heavy floor board heaters and even cleaned any leaks from them as they went!

We had an overflow of trash surrounding our dumpsters, to the point we could not access the dumpsters to have them dumped by Penn Waste. I submitted a request and within 2 hours they were here, and within 30 minutes they were done! I needed a janky old hot tub removed.. enter Junk King. I got 3 quotes, and 2 of them were between $600-$800, Junk King came in at $320. Usually, you get what you pay for, so I was skeptical. These two guys showed up on an unseasonably cold, blustery day to remove a gross old hot tub with the best attitudes I could have ever imagined. You wont even know this hot tub was ever here he said. He was right. They worked efficiently, found some mice living in the tub innards and freed them into a nearby field, talked playfully with my curious 4 and 5 year olds, I just couldnt have had my expectations exceeded any further. The before and after pics attached illustrate my point. Bottom line, if you need junk removed, do not call anyone else. These are the guys.

One of the best experiences with any business Ive had in 2020. Purely professional, rates nearly half the other places I called, and even arranged pick-up through text. I cant imagine doing business with any other local company of this type. Thats not to say, the others arent great, but I went with them solely for the price and found all other aspects of their work ethic were top notch. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I had an appointment for between 3-5 pm, they called at 12:30 and said they were in the area and could come early! They showed up wearing a mask, looked at our stuff, and gave us an extremely good deal. They loaded our stuff and the whole ordeal took less than 10 minutes. They were super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will most likely use them again since we are moving!!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Ibn and Don (the owner) were wonderful. They were respectful and diligent and just so fun to work with. Just very lovely and personable.A chest freezer, refrigerator, 2 huge TVs, 4 small TVs, speakers were all hauled away for an extremely reasonable cost. It would have cost more to do it ourselves (and good luck finding someone to take TVs). They handle all of it. They also do house clean outs and donations. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!!!
