We had a 10 am appointment and were waited on when we got there at 9:50. Very friendly and competent staff helped us. The outside signage isnt great. There is no large sign on the building. But there are plenty of small signs on the sidewalk and the door.

The staff was very nice and efficient. The problem was two other sites shut down and are still taking appointments, then those people ended up coming to this location. There is only one TSA machine and we all had to wait way past our appointments. I would not recommend doing a walk in here for sure.

Two days in one week and they are closed after being scheduled by employer. Absolutely no communication between this place and employer. No stars and not recommended by me...

This location is difficult to find - there arent any large signs, but if you walk under the Mission Health awning youll see smaller signs directing you where to go. Once inside, the area is clean and well organized. The staff was working very efficiently. My only complaint is that they clearly schedule too many people at a time - I got there right before my appointment, but still had to wait for the 4-5 people ahead of me. It was a quick wait though, so I cant complain too much.
