I go in there and to my dismay it looks like an old trailer inside. Old chairs, paint chipping off the walls. BUT I was in need of a job because I didnt live in the area and needed something to make it easier. I met mark the staffing manager or consultant, not sure. I tell him my strengths and all that jazz, we talk briefly and I tell him I am thinking about going back to school. and he suggests that should not go to school for what I wanted to go for because I was too old. What?!?! Im 36. Not old at all. He tells me that I should call back within the week since I wasnt moving until 2 and a half weeks later. I called to no avail, left a message, no one called back! How does this place make money??? I guess now I know why the place looks so beat down. Great job spherion, your goal is to help find jobs which you didnt do!

Never ever have I interviewed with a more unprofessional person in my life. My interviewer described me as a person that has kids and stated that he knows I need a job and I should have come in here singing and dancing like all the black people do on the plantation. First of all dick, I dont have kids and because I am a woman that knows what she wants and I know my worth that intimidated you. Instead of telling me that you could not meet my qualifications you chose to pick me apart based off of things you think you know about me. I would not recommend anyone to come here and if you do do not speak with Daniel

What a joke of a company. They conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. Both the recruiter and owner used foul talk/cursed throughout my interview. Who conducts themselves in such a way when holding an interview? Also, the office could use some serious sprucing up. Overall, I did not feel that I was in good hands or in a place where Id like to do business.

They give you the wrong info about a place and pretend you are the one who got it wrong. They will look for jobs for you, but forget what your specs are, then get mad when you turn something down. I felt very uncomfortable physically in the office. One time the assistant actually smirked at me like a little kid, and shared this smirk with the manager. The smirk went on and off for a half hour. I guess he didnt like the way I look. Weird place!
