Has to be the WORST place to do business with.Sold me a turbo (borg werner) a yr ago (3/20) that only lasted 2 weeks. Then got the run around for a yr only to be told that they will not service the warranty or refund my $ even though the tech confirmed that it was the turbo malfunction.Stay Away!! A business that does not stand behind the products they sell is only out to rob ppl of their hard earned money.

My mechanic sent 6 injectors to get tested. They did test them right away which was good. All the injectors were bad. I called and asked if they can get replacements. They said they could get four but cannot find the other two. Dave told me 3 separate times he would call me right back. He never did. When I called again he said i have to talk to my mechanic and i am not allowed to call there anymore!!!! We ended up ordering the two injectors from somewhere else and my mechanic told them to get us those 4 asap. Over a week later the other two injectors are installed and we still never got the 4 we ordered from these people. No idea when we will get them. Talked to my mechanic this morning and he doesnt know either. Dave gets mad and says Im not allowed to call there. And these injectors come from a machine I use every day to make a living. Its been in the shop well over two weeks now. I definitely would not recommend these people to anyone. Not friendly, no customer service, and bad attitude!!

Dropped injectors off to get tested 4 complete business days later I had to call to see if they’re ready for pick up. Was told they just got done then when I asked what took so long. The service guy wasn’t very informative nor friendly but his only explainatuon was they only have 2 guys that can complete that service. The bill came out to $400.00 which significantly high. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend Penn Diesel to anyone.

If you need any turbo work or injectors this is the place to go. Small truck big trucks dont matter to them
