I have been absolutely thrilled with the data-center services. Solid connectivity, great physical security, professional account services. A first class co-location data center. Recommend them highly. Cloud is all the rage, but there still is a lot of merit to co-location, and Netrepid does offer cloud and Citrix services as well.

Purchased workstations from them. Developed specs and received a quote. Received a Demo workstation from them and it was not remotely close in spec to what was requested. A demo unit to spec was recd and was advised the price had increased (obviously because they didnt quote the right thing to begin with).Ordered units and was advised of 2-3 week delivery. Delivery took 8 weeks and was told they had an issue with here the units were being manufactured overseas. Upon delivery, began to set the units up but they were all password protected by Netrepid. Had to call their service department to get passwords so we could access them. Never bought workstations before where I had to get someone elses permission to access.A few weeks after delivery I recd an invoice that was higher than expected. When I questioned it I was told there was nothing due. Actually received an invoice showing $0 balance. Now, about 8 months after delivery I received another invoice with an $800+ balance. This time Im being told it is the charge is for labor cost that was for the time spent on building the machine....remember the machines that were delayed in delivery because they were being built overseas?I cannot recommend Netrepids services.

Worked at Netrepid. First off, whether a client or an employee or an investor, You will not be feed any BS. Great Customer service and Incredible Client dedication. Supporting Small Businesses to Enterprise Level corporations. Excellent veteran employment spot. Sam Coyl is a Strong frontline Leader and a master at getting the most from his staff. (Which he will support his to the death) Very powerful core staff which is similiar to the Mafia (lol). Work environment is stressful/ demanding but fulfilling. Dont go in acting like you know it all because you will be exposed! But if you do have a wealth of knowledge, you will be greatly rewarded and expected to continue growing to reach your true potential. If you dont catch up to your potential, uphold/exceed the standards, or anger the Godfather/Capo, you will be sleeping with the fishes!! Mental fortitude is needed as an Netrepid employee and Patience/Trust is needed as a Netrepid client/customer Any company looking to upgrade their infrastructure immediately with an emphasis on future growth will benefit from working alongside Netrepid. Any Computer Geek looking for the next challenge/adventure will find Netrepid the ride of a lifetime.Now, if you are not looking to upgrade your infrastructure, if you are closed minded, unable to dedicate yourself or your company to advancement, then Netrepid may not be for you!Commitment is the best word to describe any relationship with Netrepid.
