Did what i needed them too

To get a hold of any of these people on the phone is nearly impossible. First time I waited 20 mins, second time over 45 mins. If you go in person, then they make you make an appointment which hardly is next day. Then they told me it would be done by Tuesday or earlier. It was done Wednesday. Oh, but the next appointment to pick up would not be until Friday. REALLY?!I went to pick them and one of the computers were not fixed correctly. They sent me a survey through the email, and when I told them all of this, someone called me concerned. He told me to go as soon as possible to repair the one that wasnt fixed correctly. Good customer service? No. The manager wanted to talk to me about the survey and how I was wrong about some of the things. Wow...Only good thing is that the service costs $211 for a full year and covers all my computers. But the service is not that great.

Very helpful and did exactly what I wanted. Keep up the awesome customer service, if I have issues in the future I will be back.

Dealt with this great agent named Aaron. Dont get any better than him. He really went the extra yard. Took his time and explained things.
