Pretty standard car wash. Didnt get all the stuff off, but they let us go through a second time and it was much better. Had a few extra scratches, but I think thats unavoidable at car washes nowadays. Vacuums are not included, but that may just be an West Coast thing, as we havent found a place over here that does that. Overall, pretty good for a small car wash.

This is an amazing place with, good traditional and above and beyond customer service, Dominic and his father, both came and greeted me. Great family owned place, and great values people. I love supporting the local business that feeds families, and not the Corporations, family business is about people and corporations are about. I had a coupon from Local Flavor... half price on a full exterior wash and wax... car looked great on the outside after going through the conveyor operated wash. I probably wouldnt have paid the $20 for the wash I got, but it was good at half- price.

Simply the best car wash in Harrisburg, PA. I was very concerned about my residual salt on my cars undercarriage. I needed a good cleaning job to remove salt residue. I was very impressed with the service here. Along with the undercarriage, the interior and exterior were also nicely cleaned. It is pricey but worth every penny.

Great automatic carwash that did a fantasticjob on my old truck, but they could not execute the interior clean. They appeared to be short staffed, but that didnt keep the lady directing cars for the wash entrance from gabbering non-stop on a personal call the whole time.

Well run operation and one that I will use again.

This afternoon, I went to this place for what I thought was going to be a full service car wash. I havent been to this facility for about 7 months although I was a long-time customer. There were 4 tiers of wash service and I selected the Ultimate for $20. Upon paying, the first employee politely advised me to stay in my vehicle because they were no longer vacuuming the inside of the vehicle. I continued, silently noting that I would be paying $20 for just an exterior wash, RainX, and tire dressing. When my vehicle moved out of the wash area, I assumed that someone would be there to dry it off and tend to the tires (which is what I paid for). After a few minutes, I asked about my vehicle and was informed that we dont do that anymore and that the machine dries the vehicle and dresses the tires. I pointed to my vehicle and told him that it was still wet and asked why they took my money for an ultimate wash when I would not be getting an ultimate service. He said that there were several signs to that effect. There were no signs stating that I would have to leave with a wet vehicle and windows, but he clearly had no intention or interest in providing any customer service. When I returned home, I had to finish drying the vehicle and remove the water spots from the windows. After coming to this facility for over 20 years, I will no longer return or make any referrals.

This is a great wash for the money.

I went there for a so-called supreme wash (a 26$ value), and the results are evident in the photos. The interior work was decent, but exterior was miserable, especially tire rims. I could put ten more photos of spots which had not been taken care of. Even rain would give a comparable wash I assume! The staff are very nice and polite though.

Called ahead, but told to just drive in, which I did. After all was said and done, while expensive, they did get my dogs hair out of sight. This was a job I could not do myself.

They did a fairly decent job of cleaning my car, could have been better considering I paid 70 bucks plus a 10 dollar gratuity . Before the wash it was very confusing what I get for my money . So I finally said I want my car completely clean inside and out which totaled 70 . I think thats alot . But convenient since I didnt feel like doing it .

I used to be able to get a car detailing for less than $30. Now just a car wash costs $20. A little more than what I wanted to pay but was already in line. Not sure if Ill be back.

I came in for an inside detail and was told they no longer do that. Yet when I left I seen them detailing inside of cars on the side bays. This is also happened to be me coming in to give them a second chance because when I came in the end of February I paid for a car wash and inside detail. Yet after the wash i started noticing the inside was not detailed. I mean itsconveniently located and the employees seem like decent people.

Went for an oil change as did my fiance both of our cars magically had the check engine light on after. Fiances car didnt even have oil in it so we bought oil and put it in ourselves. My car is completely inoperable and needs towed to a shop to be worked on. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Had problem with the self service machine and the staff was amazing! Made it right. Well done. Will definitely be back.

Got a basic in and out for my dad for his birthday. They did a great job. When I came home after work today, I did a walk around of his car and I would say that I got more than what I paid for.

When they are in full service I enjoy their quality of work.

Some of your hoses on the vacuums are missing. The vacuums are filthy with flies and webs. All of your self serve brushes are not working. Some of your self serve bays are not working at all. Im literally going in circles trying to find anything that has all working parts. Last time I was there to wash, the machine took my quarters and nothing happened. So I end up spending $20 to get a decent car wash and wipe down. Dont always have $20 for a car wash so how about fixing your equipment please. Gotta spend it to make it.

Someone needs to get a grip on the way this place is managed because soon you will be getting a call from the bureau of Consumer affairs or the better buisness bureau. Service is the Worst hands down!! Your Manager has no respect for his Customers and dose not make a effort in making a wrong situation right. If your wrong just make it right one of the key components in customer satisfaction. Keep your customers wanting to come back. Very sad that is not the case here!

If i could give ZERO i would. i took my car in to get detailed and one of the attendants left my key in the ignition and drained my battery. They ended up doing a reverse jump and messed up my alternator by blowing the fuse ( Toyota service advisor told me this).. i call and tried to tell Dan and Dom and both said they refuse to acknowledge they messed my car up.. now i have to pay almost triple to get my car fixed.. Dan was very rude and was not there when this occurred. please do not use this company.

I bought the $15 drive-through special. As the guys were towel drying my car, I rolled down my window and handed one of them $5.In less than one minute, they waved me on. They didnt dry anything other than my windows. My entire car was dripping wet! So I asked the kid I tipped if he would dry my hood, and he kindly said, sure, just pull up over there. When he came over to my car he said, Im sorry I cant dry your hood. I was told I cant. I wanted to do it, but Im not allowed. Poor kid wanted to provide good customer service. He wanted to do a good job, but he WASNT ALLOWED?

Stopped in yesterday morning (Sunday 3/31 @ 11am) for a drive-thru wash. While waiting to drive into the washing area, the attendant was driving the car in front of mine and accidentally caused the car to jerk backward and into my front end. I understand that accidents happen, but every single guy there just wanted to get me out of there after that without addressing the incident. They kept saying theres no damage, it was only 1mph. We reviewed the video of the incident and it was low impact. They had no interest in making sure that they did no internal damage to my car. Despite everyone trying their hardest to shuffle me out of there, I waited to talk to the manager Dominic hoping to get their insurance information. He also didnt think it was a big deal, so didnt offer his insurance info. I went into the office to grab his business card since he at least acknowledged the accident was his teams fault, and went on my way. If you enjoy having your car hit, then being surrounded by tough guys trying to make you feel like youre a fool for caring about it, this is a great spot. Grateful for the free wash I guess, but in a million years I would never return to this place.

Exterior wash only with Rain-x and cleaned wheels. I sat in waiting room and was only there for a few minutes before it was done. Went at typically high traffic time during lunch and was in and out. Car was covered in a lot of dust and pollen and now looks great! Usual cost for the wash I chose was 21 but there was a 3 dollar coupon which was an added bonus. Will definitely use them again and will probably do full detail inside and out.

Good business, you can improve cleanliness by making employees use strong hand soap to wash hands and clean working area, waiting area and equipment with fabuloso.

I have used both the regular car wash and the detailing service. Always been happy with the service and the result. I have used the detailing 6 times on a 2005 Suburban and 2008 Silverado - both with extra dirt and dog hair. They did a great job.

Absolutely horrible. stopped in on 10-12-19 to get my car cleaned, even got the rain x package for like $30 none the less it took them less than 10 minutes and I see why. they didnt even vacuum the inside and didnt wipe not ONE thing on the inside. it was appalling. i was so upset i just left because this has happened to me before so i should have known better but i took the chance. please do not go here.

The inside of car looks amazing. The only thing is they got the cleaning stuff on my windows and I couldnt see cuz it was all smeared. But other then that perfect.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!I spent $140 absolutely for nothing !! that was for detailed inside cleaning !I just bought the car so I want to clean it but it was my fault because I didnt pay attention to reviews and I just followed a car dealer advices he was the one who recommended this place for me !Its been a week now and the seats are still wet !!!! the windshields were not cleaned correctly from the inside, Im not sure what these guys did but I have to spend 10 minutes every morning and evening before I drove the car because there is ice from the inside due to the cold weather !! and I didnt have this problem before ! when they cleaned the windshields Im not sure what type of rags they used but the windshields still have the rags marks until today plus the fogs from inside due to rags marks !!! Front and back windshields were not cleaned properly they were smeared up!!! Again Im not sure what they did or how they work but its terrible experience and waste of money !!!!!!!!Also, they told me with the detailed cleaning they will cleaned the hair pets that I found when I bought the car !!!! but you can guess what happened !!!!!please dont waste your money at this place !!!!!!! not recommended at all !!!!!

This is the worst car wash ever!!!! If I could give it a negative star, I would. The workers and manager have such bad attitudes. Customer service is non existent here. Although you pay for your services, no one listens and are completely unprofessional. I understand that they are out in the elements all day but guess what? This is the job you chose. Don’t go here ever! I’m also lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

When you want a great car wash had mine done thoroughly inside and out last time but it cost $62

Its decent the wash system looks quite old but does the job. The only thing I am not sure of is the under carriage bath. I payed extra 2$ dollars for it which is fine but I never heard anything when I went through the wash usually then under carriage wash makes this very distinct noise when yout vehicle goes over it. It was cold so I did not stop and look under thr car if it was actually wet but wont paying extra 2$ again. Just 6$ quick wash is what they are best for.

Sent my nephews Nissan to get detailed yesterday and they definitely dont pay attention to detail. How ironic. A waste of 150.

So it is obvious these guys do not care about running their business in the ground. Shame on me for not reading reviews before I spent $25. Truck still has bugs all over the front. Crappy job on the light vacuum . Even after I complained. They dont even touch the interior. Prices and services are completely misleading. Want a guarantee? They change your oil top off your fluids add air to your tire and give you a free car wash. The car wash is excellent. They vacuum the inside wipe the windows down and add air freshener along with cleaning the outside of the vehicle

I pd 26 for inside outside wash and did not get 1/2 of what I pd for. I got better service when paying 14.00 full service. they did not clean to standards and I had to go back 3 x to tell them something was not completed. Not worth 26 or even 10.00. Go somewhere else.

Took my vehicle there and the staff was nice but the quantity and quality of the work that they do was terrible. The car wash itself is not too bad but when they do it inside cleaning for what you pay I thought it was bad.

Over the last 3 years. I have spent roughly $600 at this location between detailing and oil changes for my 4 cars. After my latest experience I will take my business elsewhere. If you complain be prepared to be called a liar then offered a free wash?? I’ll drive an extra 20 miles and pay double the price before I return.

Been there about 5 times everything it is a Total ripoff. Cost me $18 to get my Ford Explorer washed and thing came out dirty. They dont spray it down prior to it entering the actual car wash or wipe it down with a brush like they do it at most other washes. This is REALLY bad for the paint, it will scratch your car and leave marks. For the price it costs I should be getting top service. A total ripoff, dont get fooled with their rain ex special. Thatll cost $30 and is a total scam. Avoid this place and find another car wash. Place is a complete joke the workers are lazy and are clearly not trained with standard car wash procedure. Will take business elsewhere no matter how far I have to drive.

When I went in the services listed online were different than the services they provide. I was told I had to purchase a package that was $26 to get the inside wiped, inside windows cleaned, vacuumed, rubber mats washed, and outside washed. My car was done in like 7 minutes. There was dust all over the inside you could tell it was not wiped down. The same juice that was spilled on the rubber mat was still there. The same spots that were on the inside of the rear window were still there. When I got home I had to spend 15 minutes re-cleaning the inside of my car. I dont recommend, very high prices and low quality service.

I have been bringing my cars here for 4+ years 3 cars 2-3 times a month today I brought my BRAND NEW...car in to get cleaned and they damaged one of my wheels. Called over a manager and was told we didnt do that everything is coated in Teflon which is incorrect because when I went and looked at the guides it is worn down to the metal towards the end. there is no signs on the tire or anything of rubbing just the wheel where the guides are . I take care of all my vehicles meticulously. I was very insulted when I was pretty much told oh well and he walked away.. I will never return there and I will tell everyone that I know to stop going there due to this. We have a fleet account where I work and I will have that changed asap . Horrible customer service and a 360 wheel damaged.

WARNING: Their car guides severely damaged the alloy wheels on my Mercedes costing me over $300 to get repaired. I didnt notice until a week later when I re-washed the car. Nothing else in the meantime could have done that type of damage. One of the attendants could have done the damage driving the car onto the guides or their guides are not appropriate for all types of wheels.

I went to wash my car there the soap brushes need to be updated it looks like theyve been sitting there for years without changing I put $10 to wash my car by hand and still with $10 still wasnt enough to completely wash my car it takes forever for the soap to come out and when you change from so two Tire cleaner that also takes forever to come out I put in $5 to wash my car the first time and just waiting on the soap from $5 that I put in when the soap came to the Spence out I only had one minute 50 seconds left I will never take my car there again to wash it they really need to update their equipment

Horrific! BUYER BEWARE! I went in for a standard oil change, easy enough... I left with next to no oil in my car!!! They didn’t top off any fluids and within an hour my engine almoset seized!!! I immediately went back with my low oil light and check engine light and the tech, Reggie said he forgot to fil it up!!! I later learned he put in just a little bit under 3 quarts of oil in at the original time of service... my car takes 6.9 quarts of oil! SHADY!!! Then he lost my oil cap in the engine, When he brought me over to speak to the manager the younger, bearded, overweight man with glasses was SO rude and condescending and said I was lying about what occurred. I am in shock! Horrible customer service!!! Ever again!!! If you choose to go here make sure to check the oil pump reading BEFORE and AFTER so you don’t get ripped off and your engine doesn’t seize. So SHADY!!!!

Vacumn took me for $.75, no number to call for refund. Wash bays adequate but no alarm to indicate time running out...rate...2 1/2 at best.

Not only did they pull the molding from the side of the windshield of my Lexus Rx, but there was a piece of someone elses car on the ground...when I bought this to the attention of management, He slithered over...looked at it...pulled it the rest of the way off...and committed.. The Famous last words... We didnt do it!!!! Well then you have a molding pulling ghost in your washer! In Triangles defense he did say, If I had some tape... Id put it back for you....Im like you want to tape my Lexus back together? I was horrified! and decided to pursue this in the public..for we are the ones who usually walk off with the blame for what someone else has done to us! What Triangle didnt know is I serve a mighty God and Gifts from God add no sorrow! I pray God has mercy on them theyre gonna need it!..Next stop State Farm and Better Business Bureau......comment and repost ...please n thank you!
