The young lady was so nice. We has a conversation while she was doing my hair. She was the only one working and did an excellent job. Very polite.

Marissa did an excellent job at cutting my hair. She cut it exactly the way I like it. Highly recommend her. She even got me to try the tea tree shampoo and it’s the best my hair has ever felt.

The service I have gotten in the past has been great but the last time I was there I got someone who didn’t actually want to work at all. There is a sign says walk ins welcome, I’ve done it before. So I go in and she says we’re only doing appointments right now and I have an appointment in 10 mins so could you come back in 40 min The 6 chairs were completely empty and so was the waiting room. Just think it’s really really lousy turning away customers when you have an empty store and time to kill just because you don’t feel like working. There is no other explanation.

My husband and I get our haircut there so today we went for him.it was 10:35 and I went in there was no customers at all! Girl with purple hair (marissa I think)Said it would be at least 12:30 before they can get to me! I said there is nobody here and she said she had appointment coming. Well most appointments are on the half hour so hers must of been late if she even had one. It would’ve taken 5 minutes to do my husband hair! When we were leaving parking lot I looked in and it looked all she was doing was sitting in her chair.Most places in this time of COVID would welcome business but not that girl. We went to another place and he got right in and they were polite!

Ive gotten haircuts and eyebrow waxes here and I always have a pleasant experience; the girls are very patient and understanding, and great to chat with! They always do their best to recommend products to me, give me care tips, and make me feel like my hair is cared for.As far as waxes go, they do not reuse the waxing tools (no double dipping of the wooden tongue depressors) and they are very quick and efficient with it!

Showed Brandi the cut I wanted and she gave me the exact haircut I requested. Moved to Harrisburg almost three years ago and have been to several salons from inexpensive to high end and Brandi exceeded every one of them in the ability to cut hair. Very happy with the results from Brandi!

Went in because Great Clips botched my haircut. The gal who fixed it at Super Cuts did a very great job.

Weve been coming here on & off almost a year. Place is clean. Staff is courteous. Havent had any issuaes with their services as of yet. My only dislike is we rarely see the same people in the place when we go in. Cant build a rapport that way.

Most of the stylists are good. Had one mess up my daughters hair once. Thankfully a different girl fixed it right away.

It took 2 people to do a basic line up on my hair. Ridiculous.

This Supercuts used to have one of the best stylists around, very in touch with what needs to be done.She left.Now the people working there appear to be lacking confidence, taking an inordinate amount of time to do a simple fade, mumbling under their breath due to a lack of social skills, and just giving up halfway through. I had asked for my hair to be thinned out, but I had to walk out early for fear that she would screw it up. On a previous visit, I saw her request the assistance of the stylist who has since moved away. In retrospect the moment I saw her working should have been the moment I walked right out that door.Please go to another location. The girl I had either needs to go back to cosmetology school, or she needs to find a different career because as of right now she is not qualified.

I have been going here for years, Got a haircut and explained what I wanted and normally Brandy cuts my hair i had Annette cut my hair. It looks terrible. And then asked to talk to the manager and she was the manager..just wow. If she didnt understand then she should of asked...very disappointed😓😔😕

We were waited on by the Assistant Manager, Teresa,, there were three of us, we got hair cuts only, our ages were 65, 68, and 73, yet we were still charged the full $17.00 each, poor management when you state right on your price board that SENIORS CUTS ARE 14.00 EACH, guess we have to be over 75 to qualify for SENIOR DISCOUNT
