I called into this company in regards to a tow. I had thought this was the company that Good Sams set up for the tow but I was wrong. Im leaving them with a 5 star review because they were very kind and apologetic to what I was going through and also provided me with the proper information to find out what was going on with my tow. I know they did not have to provide me with any information but I am thankful they did.

If provided the option of no stars that would have been preferred. Brake line failed in RV and Good Sam called them to perform a mobile repair. This company was no way qualified to fix my RV. He advised he charges $150 per hour (min two hours because I broke down on Sunday). He advised I would have to bleed whole brake system and reset the ABS when the ABS never tripped and for that I would have to be towed to his shop and would not be looked at for two days. This guy does not even have a wrecker to tow my RV. Never showed up like he said he would then told Good Sam that I refused service. Company is not reputable nor reliable to perform work on RV. Good Sam needs to do a better job of screening its vendors. Good Sam also deserves the same rating at this point. I will be cancelling their service tomorrow if I get home. They continuously leave me stranded.

Great local family owned Auto Repair shop

Good and honest place. He took me right away for my inspection I didnt have an appointment. I was supposed to go another place but I got the wrong address, but he was kind to fit me in.

They towed my vehicle for me, coming within the hour exactly like they had said!!

Ive never had any problems with these guys, theyre always professional and personable. Never any made up problems when it comes to inspections, and their prices are very fair. They even work on VW.Highly recommend!

Called roadside assistance they connected me with Lehman today. Lehman said be there 70 minutes. Didnt show up. No call, no show, no answering the phones. Good Sams said they never have vendors do this. As if being broken down wasnt bad enough, these guys lie and dont have the decency to call and even let you know.

Wish I could give this company less than 1 star. Waited 3+ hours for a tow truck. Called them back to see where someone was & THE OWNER replied, “whatever look outside” and hung up on us. Called back & the owner told his tow truck driver to turn around & not get our car. A complete JOKE of a business. Will be taking this further....

Spent 2 hours in hell weather with no A/C for my car inspection. Will never back
