Disappointed.. I was told how great the service from here is and I have called several times and spoke to someone the first couple about insurance and was told they would get me a quote.. they never call back or email me a quote.. This whole process started about 2 months ago...

I was looking for auto insurance and went on Google to do some research. I saw Looker Wolfe & Gephart had some good reviews so I did an online auto quote. I was directed to Looker Wolfe & Gephart as an ELP from the Dave Ramsey website. I was looking to replace my auto and condo insurance. Dan responded very quickly to my inquiry and was able to provide me with the same coverage (a little more in some places) for a price much lower than I was paying. He took care of all the paperwork that was needed to set up the new policy as well as to discontinue my old insurance. The transition was very smooth.
