Hugh P Dorsey knows State FARM products and has been giving Good Old Fashioned Service to Central Pennsylvania for many years. Agent Dorsey is a lifelong Pennsylvanian and former PSP Officer. His knowledge of the Central Pennsylvania Insurance market is invaluable. His office was relocated (a few years ago) from his former site in Penbrook, PA on Walnut Street.

We sent in two requests to update our insurance to reflect that we purchased a new vehicle, neither request was processed. Then we had to call and leave a message (because getting him on the phone is difficult), once we had him on the phone he did not back date the policy. Our bank is now charging us for gap coverage because Hugh refused to back date the policy to when we requested the original policy. As a family we have been with State Farm for over 25 years, we have left because of the lack of service from his agent.
