Service is amazing at this location!! They had me in and out within 5 minutes of ordering what I needed. Had the product the next day at 8 am! When I came to pick up the product they had it all ready and available as soon as they saw my company truck pull in the parking lot they had my product on the counter as I walked in!! Great service!

Very slow shipping, almost a month and i still dont have my tool. Thankfully i dont need it asap and the item was in stock at the time of purchase. I already ordered stuff from California to Pennsylvania from eBay and got it in 4 days. They should considering changing the slogan from grainger for the ones who get it done to something else.
