Mr. Adelaido Lalo Gonzales and his assistant Rey were extremely supportive helping us resolve some real estate issues. One of our concerns had to do with what we believed to be an abusively high Tax Assessment on our commercial property. They evaluated the situation and provided us with a strategic solution to my problem. This was done in their capacity and role as Property Tax Consultants. In short, we were successful in the form Tax Protest Hearing and am relived that we obtained justice to what we considered an “Abusively High Property Tax Assessment”. They were thorough in providing us with different options to resolve the aforementioned. We had a short window in which to work with, but this firm as super responsive, professional, effective, and turned around the appraisal with the time constraints! Obviously, we highly recommend them without reservation.

Adelaido Lalo Gonzales proved once again that he is an excellent State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and was a competent and confident Court Expert Witness. He is proficient when testifying. It is no wonder numerous attorneys retain him as I have found out since his great assistance to me and my family.
