I can see why these people have a 3 for a rating. I just called looking for information, guy was rude and in a hurry to get me off the phone. Seemed like he didnt have time to take my questions yet they want to sell you a mower that cost over $5000 but cant be nice! I will go else where.

What a HORRIBLE experience with joe the sales guy. Rude, incompetent and just flat out lazy. He made NO effort to helps us purchase anything. Full of smart alec remarks DO NOT ASK FOR joe.
