Absolutely disgraceful funeral home. This place lacks both dignity and professionalism. I would never recommend for you to bring your loved ones for service here. DISGRACEFUL PLACE WITH A HUGE LACK OF MANNERS. HAVE SOME CLASS AND RESPECT. Do not bring your family here, take them somewhere else.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Rates are absolutely excessive; if you want this process to run its course smoothly please pick ANY other place.This process is already hard!!! You don’t need all the unnecessary drama.

Horrible service, smells weird and like the worse yet, they litterally laughed at my passed child in the casket. I felt super uncomfortable and really ruined the whole funeral for me as if I wasn’t already bummed by the death of my child. It felt like ... this too?

A shattering experience. My mother had arranged for an out of town funeral home but when she passed away her body had to held until they could pick it up. Hospice called Buck Ashcraft to hold the body until it could be picked up. They demanded a credit card number before they would do anything. Im not sure whether they told me what the charge would be because I was too upset and really had no alternative. I assumed it would be reasonable.I learned later from another funeral home company that the Buck Ashcraft charge was totally exorbitant--roughly double what it should be. When I requested an adjustment, Ashcraft did not even reply. Believe me you will be in no condition to shop for funeral home prices when the time comes. Go somewhere else.
