I needed my 2020 Tacoma repaired after some hit the rear end and the left side bumper was torn off. Also left rear quarter panel damaged. The staff at HCD were friendly and professional. Got the truck and it looks brand new. Great job. Will use them if ever needed again. Highly recommend for anyone that needs their services.

I had a two layer dent on the rear end of my Honda Civic and needed a busted windshield replaced so I dropped it off here. I previously had two other body shop mechanics tell me that this wasn’t fixable. Not only did they get it done for me, but it looks flawless! The price was super competitive too and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I will do business here again.

I grew up around paint and body folks, Ive done my share of wet and dry sanding so I can say without hesitation, these guys are good! I personally havent used insurance for my repairs Ive dealt with them on my own. After several small bumps, scratches, cracked windshields and dinged bumpers, HCD has always taken care of me. They even repainted my 05 Tundra, looks brand new. I wont take my Toyota to any other body shop in the Valley. Bottom line, they do what they say and their word is gold. Thanks All Yall. Simply the best! This guys where hustling with the insurance company to make things right. My car looks like nothing ever happened and the customer service is exceptional they will always communicate with me and never give me the run around like the insurance didI am so glad you guys did the work. When my trucks bedside was damaged I went to several places to get estimates. One place was cheaper, but they just were going to pound out and putty the damage, but I did not want body putty on a less than a year old vehicle. Another place was much more expensive and wanted to replace both the outer and inner panels. Glen at HCD suggested the outer be replaced and wait until it was apart to decide if the inner needed replaced, but he thought it could be repaired. Turns out they were able to repair it, which saved me $500. There was a small issue that I pointed out. They agreed with me and got it back in at my convenience to correct it. Final paint & finish was fantastic.

Just picked up my truck the other day and I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. The friendliness of Glen made me feel comfortable enough to leave my vehicle there. The quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Exceptional service! We brought our vehicle in and we were told that there was going to be a wait so Glen didn’t give us an exact date of delivery. We asked if we could leave our vehicle there until ready and Glen gave us heads up that the car was going to be in their overflow lot until they could work on it so we appreciate that disclosure. My car looks like it did 15 years ago! HCD Auto Body recently helped me overhaul my hunting vehicle; doing body work, paint and even did a great job with the interior. I would trust these guys with any vehicle and would recommend them for any type of body and paint work. Their work is done right and its done in a timely manner. I had a huge gash in the tailgate of my truck from a trailer mishap. After hearing from other shops that I needed my tailgate completely replaced, which would have cost me thousands, HCD was able to fix the gash and paint work to like-new perfection for just a small fraction of that price. In the automotive/body repair industry, it can be difficult as a customer to feel like you have any concept of what things cost and what the process might be to repair your car. HCD went above and beyond to explain processes and costs. The were fast and transparent, even helping me understand the insurance process. I dont think I have ever seen another company operate with such integrity and compassion for its customers. It also shows in their community involvement outside the work place, as many of these guys volunteer their time at local schools and youth organizations. These guys operate with excellence in everything they do!

We had just gotten a new suburban and bought a grill guard to put on it. I wanted it painted to match the rims that were already on the car. It wasnt a normal paint color that they had so they took a small sample from the rim and matched it! They also installed the grill guard for us after it was painted and made sure everything looked great. I love it and the job they did - highly recommend using these guys for any paint or body work for your car!!

I was very surprised at the customer service that was provided to me as soon as I arrived at the shop. Upon arriving, it was made clear that me and my concerns were the priority of the manager there. When I dropped off my car, he was even willing to give me a ride anywhere I needed to go and also informed me that he worked for the customer and not for tenge insurance company. Im very satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

They were very attentive from the get go, so surprising to find people to meet you with a smile now a days. Kaston came out and informed me of what needed to be done to my vehicle it was bad enough I had just had an accident, I was not ready to deal with someone who did not care about my situation. Got the total opposite made things a bit better with the whole situation. Mr car was repaired quickly and you could not even tell it had been involved in an accident. Being a girl, I didnt know much about repair shops or insurance but HCD Auto Body did a fantastic job of helping me throughout the process. Although my insurance company kept telling me where to take my car, HCD helped me understand my rights during this process. They walked me through the process of dealing with my insurance and of how they would repair my car, as well as helped me get a rental car! Call and talk to Kaston or Jose, both guys were a huge help. They even gave me lifetime warranty for the work the performed. HCD Auto Body turned a bad experience and something I was dreading into something positive for my family and I.Thanks HCD!

These people are miracle workers! I got into a minor fender bender last month and it caused a dent on my front passenger door, worked a bit with the insurance company but Glen took care of the rest. I literally did nothing else besides take it to HCD, give Glen my info and pick up the car when it was done. They had to put in a new door but they did such a good job at blending in the color that no one can tell it was hit or changed unless I tell them. It was a pleasure working with Glen and Kaston! I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back to get some work done on my other cars.

My Frontiers rear bumper had been smashed into the tailgate, a taillight was completely broken, and the paint scratched. The guys at HCD replaced the bumper and taillight, repaired the tailgate and all dents, and did an amazing paint job. My truck looks perfect!The work took about a week and a half, in part due to insurance being slow to approve repairs.

I deleted my original review outlining a series of mismanagement on our repairs before our car was repaired correctly to re-write this review. I did this because the owner of the shop took his time to call me and discuss the unfortunate series of events we experienced. He personally apologized for the inconvenience and lack of confidence we were left with and reassured me that this was not the normal way they do business. Sometimes things do just happen beyond ones control and that was the case in our situation. In a perfect world, we would all have five stars all the time, but in this case, the five star stand for a company that wants to make sure every customer is respected and that the job they’re in trusted with doing, is done properly and with the greatest care. Therefore 5 Stars. And yes I will recommend them to my friends and Yes I would go back to them if I ever need their services again.

Great service, quick turn around

Due to my incompetence, I was in desperate need of repair on my passenger front door. HCD Auto Body came highly recommended so I dropped my Subaru off, and they took care of the rest! My car is as good as new, and the staff at HCD made the exchange super easy and quick.

I recently moved to the Valley, and had absolutely no reference on what body shop to visit when I got into a wreck. I went by many body shops in town, and the one I came away most impressed with was HCD. They may not be the same size as some of the others, but their customer service and honesty stood out among the rest. I was used to always feeling like the shop was attempting to rip me off, but for the first time I didnt get a hint of shadyness at HCD. My car was finished well and HCD has gained a loyal customer.

I recently bought my wife a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, Electric Blue in color. Car had a scratch on the bumper that I tried to repair myself, but didn’t turn out as well as I’d like. HCD AUTOBODY has the car looking brand new again. He explained everything they were going to have to do to fix the scratch as well as fix the mess I made. I couldn’t be happier with the paint job. I took my car into HCD about a year ago and had it repaired. Last month I noticed I had a paint issue on my bumper. I called to let the guys know, and they immediately asked that I bring my car in. They didn’t argue or try to convince me that it was my fault! When I arrived, there was a rental car waiting for me and they said the issue was covered under the lifetime warranty program. A paint rep from PPG was there to inspect my car to see about the issue. I was completely surprised at how nice they were about the whole situation. I expected to argue with them and make my case but at every turn they apologized for the mistake and made it right.

They where very helpful and patient when i went in a nervous wreck shortly after I had crashed my car a few blocks away in the Jack in the Box parking lot. The job was done flawlessly and my parents never found out I had an accident.

Not impressed at all! I only took my car there against the insurances advice, because I seen all the great reviews. Lady swiped by car trying to get in my lane, took it there for an estimate and he told me it would be 3 or 4 days to fix it. It took 8 days. When I called for an update, he said he would call or text me with more info, he didnt. I show up the next morning and my car is sitting in the parking lot running (unattended) with the door missing. The inside of my car was super dusty when I picked it up, so I assume they left the door off and the opening uncovered all weekend. Then the day I pick it up, a piece of the door falls off as Im driving on the expressway. I called to let them know and they said theyd call me when they got the part, they didnt. I had to swing by again a week later to ask and they just happened to have the part. One of the workers put it on and left someone elses car key in my car. Dont believe the hype on these reviews. Lifetime warranty is great but customer service was not!
