When in to have IPad repaired. Unable to charge the man fixed it in a matter of minutes.said it was something in the port and didn’t charge. Thank you very much.

I left my phone on my appointment time. I was told to come back in an hour. I returned in an hour and fifteen and it was not done. I had to wait at least 15 minutes more for the repair to be done. The repair was done and all seems well. The people at the shop were very professional and nice. The service over all was good.

Outstanding service. I came here because they always have the batteries I need, but I have never used them for phone repair. I made the appointment online and when I came at the appointed time, was greeted courteously and my device was registered. I was told it would take about an hour, so I left and returned about an hour later. The phone was fixed and I checked out and left. The staff were very professional and I highly recommend the s place.

Went to the store everyone are so helpful. My phone was fixed less than an hour. All sales associate are so friendly and not even trying to rip you off. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Great job everyone. I am a happy customer. 😀

Great job on replacing battery on iPhone 5.I thought I needed a new charger port for my iPhone 7+ but repair tech said probably “Pocket Lint”. She took some small tweezers and pulled a “ton” of lent out of the charge port. Recommend using a toothpick ever so often to keep port clearThanks for getting both phones back in business for a fair price

I was not happy with my experience when I got my phone repaired by Batteries Plus Bulbs. I called ahead and inquired about what I needed to do in order to bring my phone in and they said I could make an appointment but they didnt tell me I had to do it online, although it wasnt necessary. I thought the phone conversation was good enough after asking if 4:45 was a good time and they said yes, but that was not the case. When I got there they said that 6:30 was my guaranteed time that I could pick my phone up and took down my alternative number to reach me in case it was done sooner. I left work and returned at 6:30, but when I got there they said it would be another 30 minutes... I was of course frustrated because they had an alternative number for me, but did not call me to tell me it was not going to be done on time so I asked them if they could call me if it was not going to be done in 30 minutes and they said of course and apologized. I called them a little after 7 and asked if it was done and they said it would be another 10-15 minutes...again I was very frustrated because they DID NOT CALL ME after asking them to do so if it was going to take longer and if I had not called I would have left work again to just get there and it not be finished. I arrive there at 7:20 and he said it was just getting finished up, but did not get out of there until 7:40. I was not happy with the customer service, or the expectation of time, or the fact that they did not keep me informed when it was as simple as a phone call to let me know the repair was taking longer than expected (especially after me specifically asking that they do so). If they kept me informed I would not have been as frustrated with the situation, but I will not be returning here for another phone repair.I initially gave them 2 stars for my initial visit but I had some issues with the repair in which they fixed the next day. Still had some timing issues but they did a good job on the repair the second time around.

The staff was fast and friendly!!! They fixed the camera on my phone in 15 minutes. It’s been almost a month since I got my camera fixed and it’s still working and looking perfect. I highly recommend them for any of your phone repair needs!!!

My phone screen was fixed in 1 hour and they explained everything about the repair. The crack was at the top of the phone so we did not have any issues with the home button not working. They were very friendly and affordable.

They fix my grandma iPhone and they were really fast and great. My grandma was happy with the service.

Friendly service, however, when had screen replaced, screen was low quality, nothing looked nice, including pictures, definitely not good quality at all. As well as after 2 days after phone seemed to dim just randomly. Had to replace screen from another servicer. Will not go here again for a screen replacement. 2 stars only for friendliness.

Chelsea is a liar. I was told that my iPhone 6s Plus home button wouldn’t recognize my finger anymore. After I got the phone to my daughter within an hour the home button wouldn’t work at all. Then when I called back she lied saying she told me the home button wouldn’t work at all and that’s definitely not what was told to me in store.

Broke my phone screen unexpectedly and needed it fixed asap. Went in the same day of looking for somewhere to do it and they did. Was done within an hour and cheaper than I thought i’d be!! AMAZING SERVICE and employees.

Took my grandsons I Pad Mini in for replacement of a cracked screen. They broke two replacement screens. Finally got it back 3 days later than estimate and the Home/Power button didnt work, so back to them for repair...again. They broke another screen and destroyed the IPad. They then gave us payment for a new device, but still charged us $276 for the original repair. Not a very happy camper.Wouldd suggest that you NOT trust them to work on your IPad,

Took my iPhone to see if they could fix the charging port. A week later (I called them) and they stated it couldnt be repaired. Picked it up, ordered a charging port from e-bay and put it in myself. Phone works fine. They never even opened it. I hate dishonesty.
