Have been bringing my son to this salon for 3 years because of the friendly, professional staff and bang for buck this barbershop had over others. This last year the price per cut went up and quality of service went down.My last visit with my son I had a simple cut; medium fade with half length of hair cut from top. Normally hair is wetted first before doing scissor cuts to ensure proper length, they did not wet the hair and the hair was not cut evenly. I pointed the flaws out and instead of the barber fixing it, she said “He said he likes it.” What professional service listens to a teenager over their parent? She left him with chopped up bangs and charged us $15 for it.I do not recommend coming here unless you have a barber you trust with your hair.

Barber gave me a very nice haircut, exactly what I asked for. Afterwards, my debit card was not working for their ATM and without hesitation they allowed me to leave the vicinity to go find another ATM. I will happily return!

Worse Haircut Ive ever experience in this Town or anywhere...! l asked for over the ears, not too short in the back, and I couldnt see what she was doing because I wasnt facing the mirror to stop Her in time...! when I got home and combed out the best I could it was crooked and hair on the left side was longer about 1 longer than on the right side...!They all speak English but they speak Korean or Vietnamese... and its Very Rude when you dont know what their saying throughout getting your haircut perhaps behind Your back...!!!

Im new to the area and was so pleased to have found the Knights Barbershop. They always give me an excellent cut and a top notch beard trim, and its all at a very reasonable price!! Every barber who has cut my hair and trimmed my beard has done a wonderful job. No bad haircuts here!!! I will continue to come here.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years. I always have JP cut my hair and she’s amazing to say the least! I have had other cut it in her absence and still have NEVER been disappointed. This is the best place to go....period!

This is the best Barber Shop in the area, no question. It gets busy at times, especially on the weekends, but thats just because of the fine service and very reasonable prices. These guys also do a great job with boys haircuts as well, and my son prefers to go here when he can.

This was one of the first stops I came to get a haircut and I got a really great haircut and for a good price too. No wait time, tons of seating if you do have to wait, and no appointment necessary. It’s a classic barbershop. Friendly barbers . I always go to Lee and she never disappoints with a good fade, and hard part.

I only use one barber here but her work is always top notch. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and they even have a corner with toys for the children. Highly recommend. Look for JP.Edit: February 2021. Walked in and asked for Lee or JP. Was told come back Sunday as the lady turned her back and refused to talk anymore. Was gonna let her cut my hair, but after that rather rude display, definitely wont be. Havent been here since Covid hit, may have to find another regular barber shop.

Keven Sanchez... I am a Barber at that shop and we have not denied anyone a beard trim because there was no time. We have not had any beard trims today just hot shaves.I think you need to correct the barber shop location you were at. We would never deny service on a time restriction. We aim to please our customers with and haircut and shave services.

I really like the place. They are friendly and close to home. Only problem is that Chong and Sue are the only ones that cut my hair exactly the way I like. Even shape me up the right way. Last three visits I was directed to go some of f the other barbers and my hair did not meet the standard Im looking for. What do I need to do to get either Chong or Sue?

This barber shop is my go to place for a haircut. They do an excellent job - every skin fade is done with a razor and hot shaving cream/towel. There’s not a long wait for the quality of cut you get. One thing of note: they only take cash, so make sure you have some on hand or you’ll have to use the in-shop ATM.

This is the only place I go to get my haircut. Also, a great place to get a hot shave. The staff is wonderful and very experienced. I recommend Knights Barbershop to all of my coworkers.

First time coming to this place. The minute i walked in was greeted friendly. The lady who cut my hair took her time and didnt rush. Did a great job. Definitely coming again.

Ive been here twice now and have been super impressed both times. The first time I had to wait only a few minutes (they have a ton of chairs and barbers at all times) and the second time I was seated immediately. They have a few different TVs, giving you something to look at, and the place seemed very clean. Both haircuts left me amazed at how they took their time and were gentle, which is often not the case at military barber shops. They only accept cash, but do have an ATM located in their shop.

I went to this place for the first time today. Best haircut since Ive been in the military. I like getting fades and its tough to find a good fade. Great thorough service like a real old school barber.

I just left this shop. I was passed up three time to get a cut for three customers that had clearly walked in after me on a walk-in basis. I guess first come first serve integrity means nothing here. Won’t ever come back to this place. I may only be one customer and it won’t hurt your business but little by little you’ll lose money.Funny thing is when I walked in a lady tried to sit me immediately but another co-worker pointed out immediately that someone else was ahead of me and I happily sat down to wait my turn as I would be next anyway. Odd how that wasn’t done for me though... three times!!!

Avoid this place if you care to have a sharp and clean cut. After leaving here my fade was terrible and lines were crooked. Seemed like the lady was just trying to rush through cuts instead of focusing on giving a good haircut. Ended up going back to another barber to fix it.

I usually go to barbershop in Killeen but since I live in Belton, Knights Barbershop is closer. I tried Knights twice. I asked for medium fade no skin which to me should be easy. I had a patch of hair sticking up in back. Never has happened before after getting haircuts at military barbershops for the last 20+ years. I asked if she could fix it- even said she could shorten rest of my hair. Lady said she could not fix it and said thats the way my hair is- offered me gel. So, I went to barbershop in Killeen and got my hair fixed on the spot. Pretty funny. Never going back and not recommending. By the way- I suggested a couple months ago my wife take step son to Knights for haircut. She took him to Knights and wasnt happy with his haircut either.

Went here many many times, and theyre alright at cutting hair. in my personal opinion, the place seems outdated and unclean in some places.

I walked out from the barber this morning. This is always my barber. As matter of fact Sunny been cut my hair since she was working at Omart. But today she wanted another barber to cut my hair and I said no ill wait for her or the lady in the small room. But problemIs that other barber got mad, and spoke her language to another and I walked out.
