This location is getting very rude compared to the others. Theres no interaction at all in the drive-thru; you may as well hit the ATM and get the same customer service.

Rudest teller ever. It’s bad enough that Capital One is closing more and more of their branches but to finally find one and have to deal with rudeness is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer with Capital One Bank for ages but it may be time to make a change.

Slowest drive-thru ever...I’m not sure how many people are working in here. The inside is closed (which I understand) but if there’s no inside traffic why not have more people working the drive-thru??

WORST bank there is. In fact its not a bank, Its credit card company.Bank there for years, NO MORE. To many reasons write about. wouldbe here all day. It should be 0 stars.

Literally the worst Capital One. Over the many years of banking with this company, this bank is the worst one. Go to Severn Capital One. The staff over there is amazing. As for this one, it should be shut down.

If you want to go to a slow service Capital One, this is your place. Horrible...2/3/21 update: many of the Capital Ones started closing down. This leave me with no choice, but to come back to the worst location of all. Been in line to deposit for over 20 min now.

I come here pretty often but today was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The last teller Donna under the “commercial” sign is usually rude but today she didn’t stop rolling her eyes at me and sighing when I said something. I asked for my things back to go to a different location and she looked at me rolled her eyes and continued to do the transaction. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. I’d say drive to another location despite of how far. I will NOT be doing business here anymore. If I could do ZERO STARS I would.

You closed another location, now people are having to wait in lines at drive thru up to 20 to 25 minutes, at least add another teller,1 teller for 3 lanes is not enough

Drive threw sucks and doesnt let customers know the guidelines when deposit money. i had deposit a check for first time and was unaware of hold times and was not told before being deposited and the teller was rude

Worst bank ever. Incompetent staff, incompetent bank. Allows unauthorized transactions with no problem but makes the innocent victim pay the price. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITAL ONE AGAIN!

Long teller lines, good service and better coffee.

Worst branch ever. Capital One you should think about getting this branch changed. The manager wont do anything so why dont you as corporate get something done. Its horrendous
