We contacted Ron Del Flooring to repair a gouge in our Australian cypress wood floors. Although I was a bit concerned how noticeable the repair would be, I could not be more pleased with the results! There were a couple different options we could have gone with, but decided to go with Mr. Ron’s recommendation to fill it then touch up by hand blending the color to match. Let me just say that Mr. Ron is the Picasso of flooring! We are EXTREMELY pleased with the result and gladly recommend this company for any flooring needs. My only regret is that I did not know about this company when I had my floors refinished.

Excellent service. Detailed estimate provided. Scheduling was efficient. The gentleman who installed our hardware floors was polite and very neat. He consulted with us several times to see if things were being done the way we wanted and explained the reasons behind the slight adjustments he made. When he left the floors were beautiful and no mess was left behind.

Ive been in their showroom several times recently because we are building a new house. They are always helpful and offer great advise. They are well know for providing quality installations and I wouldnt use anyone else but Ron-Del!

In 1991 Ron-Del refinished our hardwood floors that were covered in an orange shag.( our home was built in 1905) They did an amazing job. Up date to 2016, we added a wood floor in our den and they matched the color to the older floors. Looks like the original flooring. Superb job!!Susan

I had Ron-Del Floor Services refinish the floors the floors in my house. They were recommended to me by my interior decorator. They were professional and came right when they said they would. We encountered a small problem during the remodel, but they went out of their way to fix it for me, even though it wasnt their fault at all. Overall, very nice people and awesome work.

The work they did was fine. However, the attention to detail and communication Ron-Del promised when they provided their estimate was overstated. All told, Ron-Del did a good job, but it did not do the little things to communicate and to complete the work that could have really set them apart from their competitors.

I was not satisfied with the job they performed in my home. It had to be redone twice due to uneven finish and debris in the finish. I was told the color would not change, however it was much lighter. You can also still see the swirl scratches in the finish. This was not a professional re-finish of my floors that were in great shape. This refinishing was done as maintenance to keep them in good condition.
