I saw this place as I was picking up pizza. It is actually pretty good place. The car wash process went slow which meant it cleaned every part of the vehicle correctly as it should. BUT I chose The Works package which included tire shine. The air nozzle is extremely powerful and the vacuum. As I was drying off the vehicle I noticed brown/black oily substance on both sides of the bottom car doors . It was from the tire shine. I recommend not getting that until they fix it. Luckily it did not make any damaged or stain the vehicle as I wiped off. Dark color vehicles that are low will not be visible unless you wipe it off.

I was a bit disappointed because I had water left on my car and the wheel cleaner did not work well. I paid for the deluxe/super wash at $15.00. They are very nice there, and I will go back but I will bring some towels so I do not have water spots.

I’m hoping to help some people that are considering this place. DON’T! There’s a guy with a very snarky attitude problem that wears an Auburn hat. He was putting me on the track and put me way too close to the car in front of me. I swore it felt like I was going to hit the car in front of me. Then he comes at the end of the wash and tells me when to go but the way he did it was just so wrong. They usually ask to brush my car but this time he didn’t even bother with that. I’ve never had an issue with that place until yesterday when I went. I will not be back. Apparently management lets it happen so why even bother trying to fix it? I will have to find somewhere else to get my car washed. I would like to find one where the management team cares about and values their customers.

Great car wash with free vacuum, mat washer, and compressed air. Splurge on the $3 extra for the ceramic coat, it lasts for a couple of weeks. Definitely worth it!

Awesome wash!!!! I travel all the way from the Westbank in Harvey to visit this place. Always super clean and workers do anything to satisfy. The wash does an excellent job at getting my wheels clean perfectly. The owner is always on site making sure things are great.

As I travel through the city on a regular bases.my vehicle looks good due to the daily efforts from water works. The staff are friendly and down out amazing. The management are very giving and they work along side the guy and gals at this spot. Its refreshing to visit the car wash here.. I only wish they had one closer to my home for Id go every day.. Meanwhile. This is absolutely the best car wash I have ever gone to. When you deserve it you deserve it. Thank you guys! Stay blessed!

I have gone to this car wash for a year and a half and used to love them! That is until they started doing what they did to me. I would always get the basic wash and I did not have their $19.99 a month plan just because I did not want another autopay bill. So I was technically spending more a month on washes. They should love that. One would think. On off days I would come to just vacuum the car and would constantly be told that I need to wash the car first or have one of the monthly packages. I told them that I spend more than the base package so I should be able to vacuum as I came there pretty frequently and they knew my car. No, that did not matter to them. The last straw for me was when I went there and I just washed my car and was going to vac it out but the hose was not working so I got one of the workers there to fix it and kindly asked to use the bathroom and was turned down due to corona. I was like ok, I will go home to use the bathroom, but not sure when I would be back to vacuum the car out. So I went home and was not able to have the time to vacuum the car that day. I came back the very next day with my receipt in hand and one of the associates came running up to my car when I began vacuuming it out like as if I was stealing something. He told me I need to get a wash and I told him no, I just got one yesterday and did not get a chance to do it then. So I am doing it now. I even tried showing the associate my receipt and would not even look at it!!! He said he would talk to his boss and while I was mid vacuuming, they shut the vaccum off on me. I waited and no one came. I walked over to see the same kid that ran to me standing there with a smirk on his face and asked him where is this manager that he went to get. He tells me that he is in the office but I cannot go in there. I spend my money there just to be treated like this!!! Hell no. They don’t deserve my business or your business because they wrong people and do not treat them right! Don’t waste your time here. Go elsewhere.You give them a year or more of your business and don’t use one of their programs, you get treated like a red-headed step child. This place is a prime example of how not to do business.

Just went to get my car washed. Received an offer for a free wash which expires on September 28th.

Probably 1of the best washes around. You can always see the owner or his wife there making sure everything is running smoothly and everything is working and kept clean. They also do not put up with thugs blasting music. I love this place!

People are courteous, its fast and does GREAT job washing. Love the self carpet cleaner and vacuums.

I like this little place. The washer does a great job, they have daily specials, the staff is friendly and nice, and the manager is always there to make sure you get the best experience. They really take the extra step. Also the free bug wash, vacuums, and mat washer is a nice touch. Most places these days charge for the extras, but not this place.

$15 dollar car wash and dirt remained on the roof of the vehicle. Talked to the attendant who stated that “dirt would have to be scrubbed by hand” and refused a re-wash. This issue does happen at the other car washes in the area. There are better options, look elsewhere.

Super friendly staff, though my back wiper was not taped down... and the wash is a little short, my car does usually come out clean! I love the $2 off on Tuesdays! I also enjoyed passing by to see so many men cleaning vehicles on Mothers Day!!

Water Works is the only wash I take my car to. The owner is always on site and super friendly. The facility is always clean and the wash really gets all the nooks and crannies that other places miss. The vacuum cleaners are super strong and its just well run. Whats not to love? Thank you guys!!

For an automated wash it does a decent job on my SUV. Most places like this have free self-vacuum, but this also has free a free mat washing machine and reasonably priced vending for extras like glass cleaning wipes and Armor-all. This is where I go for most of my washes

The young man working by the pay station was extremely nice and helpful. The owner is extremely helpful and really cares about his business. I love that you can vacuum your car AFTER you get a wash! Sometimes you have to wait for the vacuums to be turned back on though because some people like to steal from a company that they love by pulling in the back a trying to sneak a free vacuum instead of paying for a wash and supporting the business! BEST CARWASH IN HARAHAN.

Worst Car Wash ever visited!!! This car wash is NOT FOR MINORITIES. I did not feel like driving to the city on this scattered shower day to vacuum my car. Was willing to pay to vacuum, however, the attendant had a very nasty attitude. He said I had to get my car wash in order to vacuum out my car. Why would I pay to wash my car on a rainy day?!!! Plus I was the only customer there. If the attendant had any common sense about running a car wash business, on rainy days, he would try to capitalize his funds by charging for vacuum only customers..... PEOPLE go to RICHs WASH DAT car wash where you can vacuum only and receive phenomenal customer service! I will never be lazy again and try to give another car wash my business.

Great employees and awesome owner. They really take pride in doing a good job. They have a machine that cleans your floor mats. They also have high powered airhoses at each vacuum bay that blows any water that might remain on your car. No need to wipe dry your car. These hoses also can be used to blow dust away from hard to reach areas. I have a brand new car and this is the only car wash I will go to.

Never been threw a car wash before that made my car dirtier then it was when I got there. Well congratulations Water Works yall pulled it off, paid 12 bucks for them to put more dirt on my car. I will be going a little further up Jefferson hwy to Pelican Pointe, for now on.

I ended up leaving despite only being 1 car ahead of me I was told it was going to take over an hour for a basic car wash. Go down the street to Pelican Pointe

The young men there are rude and always have to ask them to scrub before wash. We washed our vehicles there on a regular. The gentleman on duty turned off the vacuums as I was using them. I no longer will be visiting.
