My washer had unexpectedly stopped working mid cycle, and I searched online for a repair service. After seeing the number of positive reviews that Jefferson Appliance had, I decided to call to make an appointment. The first person I spoke with was extremely helpful, and even suggested that I try to unplug the machine to see if it would reset on its own (to save me the service fee). Unfortunately, that didnt work so I scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, the most wonderful person showed up to look at my washer. He introduced himself as Leo, and he turned out to be the owner of the company. Mr. Leos customer service was absolutely amazing... He really took his time to get my washer working in spite of my machines serial and model number not being visible on the washers information sticker. Thankfully, Mr. Leo was so very patient while I called the store where I purchased the washer to get the information, and VOILLA! He fixed it instantly! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service, and I highly recommend Jefferson Appliance Repair!

Leo was excellent excellent excellent. I bought a vintage chambers stove and he is so knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure everything was working, fixed what wasn’t working, and was super reasonable in his price. The lady that answers the phone is not the easiest to talk to, (I had a very simple question about not wanting to hook up my stove until he could take a look and she insisted it needed to be hooked up, I didn’t hook it up before he got there and it was a good thing I didn’t because he identified a gas leak) but it is so worth it. Really lucky to have Leo in the area. It was fun just learning from him.

I called and scheduled an appointment to fix my washing machine that was giving me problems. A couple days prior to my appointment, Leo gave me a call and explained how to run a diagnostic myself on the machine. With covid having an affect on manufacturers, he said hed hate to come diagnose the issue and charge me when I have to wait on a backordered part for a few months. Turns out, after running the diagnostic the washer was able to reset and fix itself. I really appreciate the customer service I received and will absolutely use Jefferson Appliance for any future issues that come up.

My dryer quit heating last night and I certainly did not want to get a new one, so my husband Todd, found Jefferson Appliance on the internet. He left a message last night and we got a call back first thing this morning. Everyone involved was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and boy were they fast! Thanks to Leo we now are able to dry clothes again. I would highly recommend this business and will use them again.

Leo was great. Oven wouldnt heat properly a week before Christmas & he fit me in during a busy schedule. Diagnosed oven problem quickly & fixed it immediately. Also, a little lagniappe when he inspected my noisy refrigerator, diagnosed & fixed that problem, cleaned the coils & fan at no extra charge. Also gave me some easy maintenance tips.Highly recommend.

Leo saved Thanksgiving! Just moved into a home where the stove had a gas leak; while he was on his way, we also discovered the dryer had no heat. While he was here, he efficiently fixed both, and now there will be turkey and pies and fresh, fluffy towels for the holiday.

Leo arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore washer. It was necessary to order the transmission kit, but it came within 2 days. His 1st visit was on Tuesday and repair was completed on Thursday. I was washing clothes same day. Washer works great, so much quieter than before repair.

Leo came to take a look at my fridge the same day I called. Of course, he did all the things youd expect (bought the new part, installed it, etc.). But, he went above and beyond by telling me how to properly care for my seals, taking a look at my outdoor freezer, and even giving me a few spacers to properly align the door. Will use again and will recommend to others!

Leo is the BEST REPAIRMAN IN THE WORLD, well ok, the best repairman ever to enter my home. He saved us $6,000. The first repairman from GE told us we needed a whole new stove. Jefferson Appliance not only fixed my dryer, but they also gave me helpful hints for maintenance and cleaning of my washer, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

I called Jefferson Appliance at the recommendation of a friend to fix the start button on my dryer on a Friday. Gave them some info about the make and model of the dryer. On Monday, I received a call from Leo, asking me to take some photos of the problem and send them to him, and on Tuesday, Leo was at my place, repairing my dryers start button.Oh yeah, Leo also took a couple of minutes after he was finished to fix an unrelated sound problem with my dryer at no extra cost. In fact, he insisted upon doing so. Also, just a very pleasant experience all around.Would highly recommend Jefferson Appliance to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Id give this horrible place zero stars if I could. I called them to see if they fix my washer (Frigidaire), first the lady informs me that no one would be in my area (Avondale) until a week layer. So reluctantly I made the appointment. She said the technician would be at home between 9 and 2. Well, the day comes and around one oclock I decided to call to confirm they were in fact coming. No answer. I wait ten mins no answer again. So I waited til about 2:30 to call again. The lady answers the phone takes down my info and says she had to call her technician and she would get back to me. Needless to say she never called me back. So I called Sears, who said they could be at my home the very next day. They came out and told me the problem within 30mins. I would highly recommend Sears, who also offers a warranty program! Dont waste your time even calling this trash place.
