They arrived on schedule(1pm) to replace the fan motor. My husband was home when they came out, but I called and Troy patiently and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. They had to wait on authorization from our warranty and had to pick up the part, but were so committed to finishing the job that they returned at 8pm that night to ensure we slept comfortably. TemperaturePro was sent to repair our a/c unit by our home warranty co. Nestor was our tech. and Troy was our office contact. Communication was top notch and Nestor was really efficient and personable, he found the problem and returned next day to make repairs. 4/20/21 were back to a having cool (very) air from our 25 plus yr old Trane system. Nestor, their technician, was on time, dressed professionally in an Temperature Pro uniform and arrived in a Temperature Pro Van. He wore his mask the entire time he was at my home. He was extremely courteous and identified the problem, which was an bad igniter switch in about 15 minutes. He had all the necessary equipment, from a ladder to tools to do the job with no inconvenience to me as a customer. He was even kind enough to replace a filter (which I already had) for me. I highly recommend Temperature Pro for any and all AC or heating needs. Very satisfied!!
