Fantastic shop! Danners is a family business with friendly and knowledgeable service. They have a large showroom, extensive notions/thread/pattern selection. In addition, they repair machines and rent time on a Bernina long arm quilting machine. I have taken a number of excellent workshops at this shop. Also, Ive appreciated the training for the sewing and sit down quilting Bernina machines Ive purchased there. The customer support is the best Ive ever experienced. Shop with confidence. Danners will help you improve your sewing/serging/machine embroidering/clothing making and quilting skills with the best equipment for your budget.

It was a simple order for thread that turned into awesome customer service. I would be in the area the day the order was expected. I said Ill take a chance to see if it arrives. They went out to meet the fed-ex guy so that it was there by the time I arrived! More than I ever expected!

These folks are truly kind considerate and thoughtful. I haven’t been the easiest person to deal with since the death of my husband as I’ve lost focus and sometimes I’m sure sound like a raving lunatic. Despite all of that they have always been kind thoughtful and helpful and when I wanted a cutting table they looked around to see if they had one and then delivered it to me even though I’m probably outside their usual delivery zone. Out of all the BERNINA dealers I’ve dealt with and I’ve dealt with at least three all of whom were good these folks aren’t just good they’re great consistently.

I went to Danners Bernina Shoppe last week and just love it there! Staff is so friendly and helpful! I was having trouble with my sewing machine and Delmar showed me some quick tips to get me up and running again! They also have a nice selection of fabrics (perfect for masks)! This is my new favorite sewing shoppe! ❤️

I wanted to leave zero stars but it would not let me leave a comment. One of your representatives came into my place of employment today and needed to go to a room to deliver something repaired. He asked if the room was unlocked, we asked our custodian and he said it was so we sent him to the room. Your young man came back a few minutes later with major attitude and said to me The room is not unlocked and I dont have all day! I feel that was completely uncalled for. He did not have to speak to me with that tone or disrespect.*****This morning I got a pleasant surprise, the young man came to my office and we spoke, he apologized and said he did not mean to come across that way. He also gave me a gift card. Thank you so much for the follow up that was much appreciated.

I’m not one who sews. I had a unique request to have them see type 3 nylon to an existing harness. When I came in they took it back immediately and cut the harness and sewed the new straps on. Wow. You couldn’t ask for better service. No we don’t do that wasn’t an option here. Thank you for taking on an unusual request and knocking it out of the park.

Wow, this is the best Bernina store I have been to! Juki manufacture both Juki and Bernina machines. We came in because we were frustrated with Juki MO-634DEV (over 25 years old). The on site technician quickly diagnosed and found the problem in minutes. He is very patient and very helpful. She is very appreciative and feel lot more confident with her Juki.

Very nice people, and helpful, we need more people like them.

I have a friend who has a medical condition and cannot leave her house. She has a Bernina that stopped working. Prior to the service, they explained the potential costs and I found that very helpful and considerate. Danners came out to repair the Bernina on site, following all procedures to ensure their safety. They were very helpful and courteous. She raved about how wonderful the technician was. A serious sewers dream. ALL of Berninas machines are on display. They also service all makes of sewing machines. Set up as a sewing destinatipn. Ample parking, nice restrooms. Notions and extras have an emphasis on quilting. Friendly. Professional. Knowledgable.

Event they held was very helpful and taught many things. The people at this store are very nice and always willing to help you. I reccomend them to everyone. I told my best friend about them and she attended the event with me. She was impressed with the store and the people also. We will be going there a lot more.

Excellent selection and service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have purchased both a Bernina embroidery sewing machine and long arm quilting machine from them. Service and classes are excellent. Delmer, Nadine, and the rest of the staff are always ready to patiently answer any questions I have, either in person and on the phone. Great shop!

Hubby and I had decided to go up and check them out one Saturday, me in my strappy summer sundress and he in his Guiness Beer t-shirt.The store is beautiful and spotless. They have a class going on in the back. They help us out kindly with our old machine.Class breaks and I notice several people who were working there dressed in colorful long sleeved, long skirt, covered hair, Mennonite type clothing. Its clear this is a super conservative, family run quilting shop.Had we known prior to making the trip, our clothing choice would have been a bit different.They were courteous, suggested appropriate needles for our machine and style of quilting, and helped us with our old clunker.Will go back again, especially if in the market for a new Bernina. They repaired ours quickly and efficiently.My suggestion is to be mentally prepared and dont wear your sundress or a beer t-shirt. ☺️
