My phone screen broke and I needed a new battery. By setting up the appointment online I was able to save $10. In addition, I got 1/2 off the battery b/c I was also fixing my screen. I only had to give up my phone for 2 hours and ended up with a beautiful new screen, strong battery, and a screen protector for A LOT less (and A LOT faster) than had I gone to the Apple store. I had a battery replaced in an IPhone. It was done when they said it would be (less than 2 hours). Better than waiting 4 days for an appointment at the Apple store! Would definitely recommend them. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I brought my phone in for a cracked face, they fixed it in the time they said they would, While trying to use my phone after it was not right, things were happening that never happened before. I brought it in the next morning, they knew the problem right away fixed in a reasonable amount of time at no charge due to their guarantee, As I said to them people make mistakes and they were very responsive and fixed it. Well I arrived for my 8:30 scheduled appointment early to be told the tech doesnt arrive till 9:30. Another gentleman arrives at the same time and says he has an 8:30 also. After 4 hours I call for a status and was told they called the number I left, when I looked at my phone they where calling the cell #. Being in a rush at that point I took the phone and left, while driving home to NH I noticed the screen was darker than usual, I checked the brightness setting and it was on the highest setting. when I called the store they told me it was typical of the aftermarket screen, I would have paid extra for the factory screen.... I do believe this is something they should tell people up front. They have offered to try another screen. I am only guessing but if the labor cost of doing it a 2nd time would offset any savings on the aftermarket one. Live and learn...

Great repair job on iphone screen replacement; only thing to improve is to better manage expectations about when it will be ready for pickup. The technician got stuck on a more complex repair ahead of mine, so my expected pick up time got pushed back 2 hours. Proactive email to let me know would be better service model, so I could rearrange things due to the delay. I only learned of the delay after I called to see if it was ready(at initial ‘ready time’)

I was excited very nice tech was able to replace my I-phone 6S screen. Buyer beware. I was not told this company does NOT use Apple parts to fix your phone. Was not told. The screen was not flush with the phone. When I queried was told after market product. All after I paid as the plastic stays on until you pay so you cannot tell the screen isn’t flush. More importantly this repair voided any Apple warrantee. I asked for my broken part and was told I’m here to make money so I keep it and turn it in. I was never told of these disclaimers until after I paid. Will never use these services again. .

Owner is very rude! Despite an appt, my phone wasnt ready when promised at pickup. Instead of being apologetic, the owner was belligerant and rude and said if I wasnt happy I could go down the street to his competitor. I was shocked and even more so when I called back later to see if it was ready. He said NO and come in in an hr. When I questioned if an hr meant 60 min or might be longer, he got angry and started yelling. He just lost a good customer.
