Pamela dud a great job. Did everything I asked at a fair price. My apartment is now as cleaned as when I moved in. An she’s a very nice person.

Pamela was prompt and professional. She provided all of her own equipment and products but was respective to my own products. It was easy to book, pay and communicate! She even made sure to clean my office first, so I could work. She was kind to my dog and easy to communicate with. We will be continuing to use her services monthly!

Moving is stressful enough, but to have your home clean for the new owners can literally put one over the edge. I called Pam’s cleaning service on a recommendation from a friend and it was the best thing I could have done. Pam told my wife and I that she has done this type of cleaning many times. She laid out her plan on how she would accomplish this task. She then gave us a time line to get the work completed which was very acceptable to us. The cost was no object for us but we were very surprised at how competitive her fees were. We accepted her bid to clean our home. When Pam arrived to clean our home, right on time, she suggested that we go to Lunch, shopping, visit a friend etc.. Pam indicated that she would have the home cleaned to our satisfaction by the time we got home, at a time we agreed to. When we arrived home we were in awe of how absolutely spotless our home was. We would recommend Pam’s cleaning service and if we were not moving out of state we would hire her service to clean our house on a regular/ permanent basis.

I used Pamelas cleaning service for a deep clean of my house. Not only was she a little early, which I love, but the quality of service was fantastic. Over the the past several years I have used many services and this by far is the first top notch cleaning for my money. Pam did exceptional work and no doubt I would use her again. Very very satisfied of the quality of work she performed.

Well I had requested her services a week in advance and on the day I needed to chamge the time. She was so accommodating and professional. Not only did she finish early but also managed to go above and beyond with the cleaning that I was impressed and told my buddies to request her services as well. Istrongly recommend pamelas house cleaning and cant wait to have her back

I dont think I could be less satisfied - my mistake of course was paying her, but I just wanted to move on as it was clear she was not interested in resolving any of our concerns: 1) we offered to pay her additional money to help with the deck, to which she said something like no need to worry, 2) when we questioned her about the hard water stains in the shower - she responded with get yourself a razor-blade and scrape it off all the while packing her things up.Hired her for a move-in deep clean. As another reviewer mentioned, dont pay any attention to whats listed on her site as services - if you dont ensure everything little thing you want cleaned is in the RFQ form, she will not do it.Im attaching some pictures - the first one being the amount of wipes we used to clean the refrigerator (yes, it was included in the service) after both, her assistant and Pamela herself cleaned it. Dont think the rest of the pictures require any explanation.I tried contacting Pamela via SMS with a picture and note - never received a response. I then submitted a dispute via PayPal - to which responded to them in mere minutes - I guess we know her priorities.Update since posting this review: Pamela contacted me via sms, not to address a customer service issue and try to find a solution - but to threaten me with harassment as a result of my review. Granted, it is negative, but there is nothing at all untrue in what Ive posted.Just want people to know what happens when there is an issue with her - hopefully no one will experience the issues I have, but if you do, youve been forewarned.

Nickel and diming. a small connecting entry way including a desk was even left un-cleaned because its not included in the list of rooms. precise instructions were sent (including a video on how to get into the house) and was still called at work asking how to get into the house.

Pamela cancelled on me the day of the service with 1 hour notice. I needed her for a move out. I can’t rate her cleaning cause she didn’t do it as we had agreed.
