I have now made 3 appointments with this company after they came out in March to fix my hot tub, which still leaks. They have not shown up or called for any of these appointments. I will not be scheduling a 4th time. They don’t answer the phone or call you back.

I made an appointment on Memorial Day weekend and they never called to say that they could not make it. I called them after they did not show up and they told me that there was a tornado warning (even though it was blue skies and sunny) and that they could not come. They said they would make me the first appointment the next day, which was Sunday. I told them I thought they were closed on sundays, but the woman assured me they’d be there. I waited and waited on Sunday morning. I called twice and left 2 voicemails, but never heard back from them again. I am shocked that a company does not want business during a pandemic. I took my hard earned dollars and went with a different company, and I could not be happier. The reviews are true about these guys. STAY AWAY!

Made an appointment and was blown off. They didnt call to let me know. They didnt answer my calls before or after the one hour window they gave me, and they didnt call me back in the two days since then.It was also a mid-day appointment, so they wasted half a personal day of mine. Dont bother with these liars!
