I called them to ask if they had any available positions available and they said they did but I needed to come in to finish an application. I proceeded to drive over 20 min to their office and told me i called earlier that morning and came in to finish my application. They said they had not spoken to anyone and would have to come in the following day at 2. There was at least 2 employees in the office and only 1 other person who walked in to pick up some pay stubs. They apparently had to much on their hands to let me finish the application.

I’ve been working for paramount staffing for about 4-5 months now I remember when I went in they asked me what type of job I was looking for and they later out a few options for me right then and there and when I picked the one I believe was the right fit for my they got me in the next day for an interview and then on to the job, I e worked with mostly Laura and every question I have had she has responded in a quick manner and with excellent efficiency and if she didn’t know the answer to something she found out and got back to me quick so I’d rate paramount at 5 stars for excellent service quality and for the excellent staff

Paramount Staffing is the best staffing agency. Laura is really nice and professional, she is always willing to help you out and cares about you, always asks to see how you are doing at work and make sure everything is good. I would not suggest working with them at all. I am direct hired by a company for my current internship but my payroll is setup through Paramount. They are highly unprofessional and the paper has to be done in person which could have been done online since they literally made me do all of it online once I got to the office. I made sure that I gave them all my correct details. Today I was supposed to receive my salary through direct deposit but I didn’t not and called them to find out that hadn’t even activated my direct deposit. Mr. Moises Vega doesn’t reply to his emails at all. I hope the corporate shuts this branch down.

I havent worked for this place since highschool and walked off a assignment due to the location when I stated the areas I wanted to work in specified as local or close to home because at the time I would walk to work. called today Ive been out of highschool for years my employment had been terminated for them placing me somewhere I didnt want to be years later. What a joke

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called at the end of my shift to report to the agency that I would not be returning to my assignment the following day due to work conditions and I was assured by the person that I talked to on the phone from paramount that he would let the branch know of my decision and that they would be in communication with me on finding another job. I call the next day to ask a question and Luis the forklift recruiting manager tells me no one left any notes on my previous call and that he would look into the whole ordeal. It wasnt until I went to the Bolingbrook branch to practice my forklift driving that I was informed of my termination. Extremely unprofessional service and agency. I Do not recommend anyone work through this agency as you could do everything by the rules and still be terminated.
