I felt very rushed while trying to discuss the alterations I needed done. I ended up leaving and going to Bode cleaners where I use to go when I lived in that area. The staff at Bode cleaners are always friendly and welcoming. They are also cheaper and the turn around on alterations are much faster

Always fantastic! Super friendly staff amd efficient!I probably drive past 3 cleaners to get there. I dont compare pricing, as I dont need dry cleaning all that often anymore. But, I believe this one is among the lowest-priced around.Thats not why I go there though. Great service and friendly staff is why I go to this CD One Price Cleaners.I used to have to dry clean all my work clothes, so in the past, I went a lot more often. Not once have I had any issues with missing or messed-up garments. On the couple of occasions where there was a stain that wouldnt come out, they would try to take care of it, and would point it out / let me know about it.Keep up the great work - and to the owners, take good care of and retain your people, youve got great folks working there, and it makes all the difference!Edit just to refresh - still Great, all of the above still applies!!

Visiting Chicago to 4 days for a wedding party. I took my suit dress to CD one price cleaners Friday and my suit was ready on Saturday. super fast and clean and the price was amazing also the service was amazing and easy. Thanks so much for everything.

At CD One price Cleaners is always busy. This company is open Monday through Saturday. Its in Hanover park Il on Barrington Road near walgreens. When I went to pick up my clothes it was washed and dried the staff puts the clothes on a coat hanger and plases the clothes in a clear plastic bag.

I brought in a pair of khaki dress slacks I wear for work with a 1/2 tear. I asked the person accepting the alterations if it could be fixed and they got a second opinion from I assume management.Yes it will be fixed with a patch on the in side.I ended up with an L shaped 1 inch by 1 inch sewn cross stitch that ruined the pants.I can not wear these again. I should have been called before they cut and sewn such a large area. I also should have been refunded the alterations fee at the least.

I’ve had excellent service and prices from CD One Price for over 5 years. I used to travel out of my way to use the Dempster St location in Morton Grove as they were excellent. When I moved recently to Schaumburg I tried the Hanover Park CD One Price and it was a nightmare. I went in to pick up 2 coats and the clerk immediately copped an attitude, and because they had my name and phone number wrong, he began to lecture me that perhaps I had never dropped anything off. He then started yelling at me saying I was being unrealistic In Expecting my clothing back. I’ll never go back, but as they are franchised I’ll try another locale.

I go to the CD cleaners just off Irving Park Road and Barrington Road in Streamwood, IL. Service is great and staff even better!

The people I deal with in Hanover Park location are terrific. I have been going there for at least fifteen years and have never been disappointed.

I call at 2pm to inquire if my shirts were done, they told me they were. I drove an hour to retrieve my clothes and was told there were not ready. So, I drove an hour back to my parents house only to receive a text at 4pm saying my clothes are ready to pickup.Never using their services again......

I thought that your team did an excellent job. Clean clothes for a reasonable price, and the zipper repair that I had done on a pair of khakis came out great, too. I literally cannot be happier. They have been under the same ownership since I started going to there years ago. Im like most customers, I think. I show up once or twice a month. But I smile and say hello and by golly, they know my name when I walk in. They also have a large staff that does not seem to rotate often. That says a lot about the owner. The biggest compliment I can offer is that I have moved 30 minutes away...and I still only use this team of cleaners for everything from my shirts to my wedding suit.Go in and tell them hello from Jay Mabry at DEA Nation. I bet at least a couple of them will know me without even seeing my face. Thats cool.

I am a first responder and recieved an email that CD One Price Cleaners was offering a special service to first reponders.for 20 lbs of free laundry. I drove all the way out to the Hanover Park, IL location with several blankets. When I walked in and identified myself and showed id the manager immediately told me it would cost $20 a blanket and those were not covered. I then showed him the email flyer which specifically stated 20 lbs of laundry and listed no exceptions or restrictions. He agreed with me that I was right but stated he was the manager and decided I would still have to pay for this special service. I asked him for his bosses name and he said he is the boss. I asked him for the general manager and/or corporate contact information and he told me to google it! This is how your company treats the first responders?? I have never been to CD One Price Ceaners before and was hoping to start a business realtionship. After this absolutely negative first experience, I will never come back. How embarrassing for this company and specifically this location! Wow!

Customer service is good. However, I had to request for items to be reserved. They do great with shirts, but everything else is questionable. I took a blazer and 5 cardigan sweaters. The jacket still smelled had an oder and the cardigans were hung and not steamed/wrinkled. I am not sure how they service these pieces, but normally at any other cleaner a cardigan is folder on a hanger to avoid hanger shaping. I asked for them to steam all pieces and she went to ask If I wanted folded. Im sorry but part of the idea to have clothing dry-cleaned is to have them well pressed. IF not, I can just save the trip, wash them at home and call it a day. NOT HAPPY.

The staff is super nice, they usually have a 1 day turnaround, super convenient hours.I had dropped off a load of mixed dress shirts. Had all colors drycleaned and all whites regular pressed laundry. All came out very nice and clean with no fading to any colors.Highly recommend!

I was so grateful when I found CD. There are not many cleaners in our area that I felt like I could trust with my clothes, but I am so glad I tried out CD. They were courteous and friendly and the hours are wonderful! Dropped my stuff off before 8:30 am and received an email that they were finished by 2:30 that same afternoon! Most places you have to wait days, maybe a week. This was awesome! My husband had clean, impeccable work shirts ready for the next week. I will definitely be taking all his work clothes there!

What do you do when your suits still stained & wrinkled after being dry-cleaned? Frustrated because my jacket wasnt properly cleaned from before years ago either. I was promised a complimentary cleaning then but was told there was new mgmt now; it just sucks when you feel you want some basic stuff done right.Update: I responded to a feedback email & the manager called & apologized & offered to eventually fix the 1 suit jacket, but not the suit pant, because Id already worn the suit, well of course I did, regardless; they have a flag on my account for CHECK FOR STAINS; which is ironic because thats what I needed cleaned originally & I showed it to the first attendant, anyway. Just a bit strange, if you ask me; but I think this place will do certain cleanings other places may not; not sure about the quality; though, I can appreciate circumstances they may have going on but I will certainly review if I find anything better. Keep an eye on their work.
