I have been buying construction bonds from Ivan Crespo for the last 3 years. Every time I call him hes available to provide great service. The prices are very competitive with other vendors. Ill continue to work with Magnum Insurance and Ivan Crespo for business insurance and bonds.

Are the phones not working?Like seriously we spoke to the girl whos answering the phones and she cannot direct our call to the person we wanted to talk.Is this how Magnum treats their customers?She has the worse attitude, laughs when shes talking and chewing her gum so loud.After several attempts of calling, I asked for her supervisors name and she hung up.They seriously need to take some action regarding every matter or hire people who actually have the right customer service training

WOW I was paying $145 a month the agents in the office found me a better price now I pay $95!

Never again. They have the worst customer service. The Agents have no idea what they are selling. They Luis, Carlos have no real knowledge of any question you might have. Then they want you to call the 888 number just so they can send you back to the agents because the agents have made mistakes with your policy. The finance companys dont even want to deal with them either. Save time and money go elsewhere if you can, you will do yourself a huge favor.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE the guy that works there Luis is really rude he took money out of my debit card with out me knowing I only ask him to cancel the autopay.. and didnt want to explain anything to us the store manager never call me back and always saying we had to make 2 payments in one month since they could never tell us an exact billing date they were always changing it DO NOT GO THERE.
