Theres no words for this service you hv to wait 45 mins for a cab and then u be lucky to get a clean one 4or5 other passengers in the car you dnt want everyone in your business. Smh

Used them twice while my truck was at Freightliner. Courteous clean, prompt and great prices!!

Took me to Vandalia and quincy both drivers were cool I have no complaints

Driver was vary nice but the vehicle was a mess. Stains were all over the carpet and panels and dirt was every where.

I called at 10:30 am.. asked for a ride to work at 11 or slightly after... 12 pm hits and I call back and ask are they still coming.. they tell me one should be on the way.... and it’s now 12:30 with nobody here... they’re always late. Done getting them..

We were picked up in a van twice and it was so dirty we were afraid to touch anything

Only giving a one star because Im required to rate. I work at a hotel and was making the call to schedule a ride for a guest. Whoever they have answering their calls is probably the rudest, most unprofessional individual Ive ever spoken to regarding a business or service. Not only did he hang up on the guest and I after being informed of her destination but when we called back, he answered the phone by saying WHAT? as if we were inconveniencing him by calling back to finish asking the questions we had. He refused to give us any sort of ETA and responded with profanity and complete lack of interest or concern. We have no idea if her taxi will be here in 30 minutes or in 3 hours. Hucks does not care about their customers. I wish we had a more reliable and professional transportation to represent Hannibal for our visiting guests.

Called to book a ride for one of my managers who had a meeting to get to in the morning. I called the next morning before the appointment time to confirm and was told I was out of luck because they had no drivers.. Dont waste your time.

Cabs are dirty and run down the dispatcher tends to be a bit snarky, and they have a tendency to take forever and thats if they show up. About a third of the time they just forget to pick you up at all. Id choose jaycee star taxi. Much better service hands down.

It was a little bit of a wait, so if you are really in a hurry, I wouldnt recommend it. That said, once the taxi arrived, the driver was polite and professional. He drove safely and got me to my destination quickly. The price was relatively low. I would most definitely recommend, provided that you are not in a hurry.

Omg just having to live in hannibal Missouri for 11 mounths was the worst place i have had too live...thus gose for this Transportation comany fits right in. Enough said.

Wow can’t believe any business can be as inconsiderate as this guy to tourists. In town for a festival. Gave a 45 min notice to pick us up like two miles away. After five min past the pickup time we called.. nope we were not forgotten said they would be there in 2 more mins.. 30 min later after the park owner calls were going to voice mail, he finally answered and acts like we are the ones with the problem .. we asked a nice couple for ride .. adios amigos

Our car broke down near Hannibal and we had to stay the night while it was repaired. When we called to go pick up our car we asked for a van since we have two small children. A small car showed up with absolutely no way to secure my toddlers car seat. When we asked for a different vehicle the driver informed us he was the only person available. The car was dirty and reeked of cigarettes. There was no identification on or in the car stating it was a taxi. The windshield was shattered. The driver informed us that he “just bought the car for $400 and needed some repairs.” Would not recommend, but unfortunately we were desperate with no other options.

Nice and friendly driver got me to my appointment on time.

Hucks is very good sometimes and very poor other times but overall it is not all bad but it is not good enough sometimes I think it needs more structure and it would be a lot better

Waiting on Smileys to take me to the hospital after Hucks shut me in the back of the van and hurt my back without a refund or an apology all he said was call Steve no help getting in the house with the groceries or anything I had my wife and children carry the groceries as I barely was able to stand and walk to the house and Steve was more than rude on the phone everything was recorded and I can not wait to expose the truth! I ride with hucks often, the drivers are nice, polite the cabs are clean. The only issue I have is I wish theyd be 24 hours.

One driver over charged me on 2 occasions and it was the same driver dont they know thats stealing and fraud? I even called the 🚕 place and asked them the cost between were i live to that said destination and she gave me a price that i was over charged the day i actually took the cab to the said place... There drivers are great accept for one dude.

Have been riding with the company for around 7 years.A good ride around town and friendly.

In a months time of taking cab to work and asking for pickup time I was only on time 3 times rest was 15 min or later

As far as it goes I may ride with hucks transportation again. But thr driver got into a car wreck while taking me home. I dont know if he wasnt paying attention or if he hydro planed. But either way my safty wasnt in the right hands. But thr manger of hucks was quite nice and he handled everything quite well and I got a free ride out of it. So it was a plus on thier side. They handled everything quite well and had me tooken care of. If I do decide to give them another shot. Ill be sure to take extra steps and to be prepared for what comes my way for the ride.

If your in a hurry and need to get there fast YOUD BE BETTER OFF WALKING. They dont mind picking up multiple fares along your route as your traveling, which really pisses me off. I payed for my ride not to travel with drunks; this isnt public transportation its a private car. If your lucky the wheels wont fall off of the damn cab before you get to your destination. Im pretty sure the cars and vans arent maintained well so cross your fingers. You might have to wait for the car an unusually long time as well even though you could drive to any point in Hannibal in less than 10 minutes, I waited more than 20 and the ride still hadnt arrived. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this cab of travel. P.S. the cars are dirty and they smell like a Porta-Potty, no offence to Porta-Potty.

I use the taxi to get back an forth to work! And I am always late to work usually 15 mins late worst taxi ever!! Very disappointing!!

Worst taxi service ever every time I need a ride home from work work it takes them almos 2 hours to pick me up and take me for a 6 minute drive😡😡 I Called again they say 10 more minutes but then 1 more hours fly’s by and I’m still not home
