We have filed our taxes with Luck Humphreys for years. They are very professional and thorough and I highly recommend them.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THE SERVICE!!!!! THEY FORGOT TO FILE MY TAXES BUT THEY SURE CASHED OUR CHECK!!!Last year was our second year using this accountant. They seem nice. Did our taxes as usual, no biggie. Months, go by and we have not received our taxes or our stimulus. So we call a few times and get the run around, they tell us that someone will call us back but no one ever does. I have to call several more times and finally get a hold of someone. They tell us they forgot to file them. Ok....mistake. An unfortunate one since Im out of work due to COVID and we are waiting on money. But ok....they get it filed and about three months after we file them we get our money.Fast forward to this year, I call and get all the info I need to file this year. I ask about what their fees are. She says she does not know. About the same as last year. I told her I dont remember what it was. She says maybe like $160. Ok....sounds weird to me that they dont know their prices but pressing on. I mention that last year they forgot to file them and ask if they offer and discount or price break for their mishandling last year. Mind you it was a simple question that I feel I had a right to ask. I was giving them another shot after their mistake. I know mistakes are made. But I also know that there is such a thing as customer service and customer retention by owning up to your mistakes.So she gets noticeable upset at me on the phone. Says no, it was a mistake and mistakes happen. Okie doike. Just asking.THEN SHE CALLS ME BACK!!! Says she advises me to find a new place to do my taxes. Lol...unreal. What happened to being decent to each other? So here I am....letting you know you might want to shop around if you are looking for a new accountant. And for the sake of not making this lady mad....do not ever ask her about making up for a mistake! I sure hope she doesnt act like this when she makes mistakes on your taxes.
