Very polite, friendly and helpful.

Im giving this place one star because i think that my mom(or someone where she lives at) is behind why some guy named Austin came to visit my child when we was at my moms. This Austin character claims that he needs to know where my child is attending school at and where shes at. This info is none of his business or anyones for that matter! As long as myself & my childs mother knows our child is doing good & is taken care of, then Austin(anyone else too) can take a flying leap...off lovers leap in Hannibal!!!

The woman at the front window/desk was RUDE as hell!! If you dont like your job lady then quit and find one that you dont have to work with the public!!

Very unpleasant place to go, when you need help. Everything is open and that means everyone knows and hears your business. I dont think when they got a new office they ever heard of HIPAA!!
