Cant get ahold of the people and then the number they give you to call you cant talk to a real person

I was told by a representative that i would be getting my child on my foodstamp case this month(maybe a week after im scheduled to get my benefits) then they contradict themselves by saying that i may not get my child added until October at the lastest. My childs mother will get to reap the benefits of having our child on her case for another 2 months probably. Side note: my child has been with me since August 2018! This place is on some major BS!

There’s no negative to choose or definitely would’ve shows that there is never anyone available and if you push the prompts for the blind or disabled no matter who you get they will tell you you need to push the prompt for the blind or disabled, idiots!

When you call it says their business hours are 8am-5pm. I called at 8:05am and it gave the message that they were not available. I kept trying to call throughout the day and it rings non-stop, or gives a busy signal. So either no one is answering the phone, or I guess the receptionist is on the phone with personal calls. I dont know how else you are suppose to get through to someone. I couldnt imagine if you did not have a vehicle and needed to talk to someone how on EARTH you could. Maybe they need to change what hours they are available because apparently 8-5p is not correct...

Slow on paperwork that goes out unless get right person. No consistency each one does different and can get denied...for the most part most are very friendly and helpful and if know what their doing very fast service

Have been out many times lately wi t h a client. Always nice. Very helpful

Same of then need to learn more about families and not go on the base of how thay were raised
