I bought 3 identical lights for a whole house renovation. It took more than 90 days to get done and install the lights. Upon opening one of the boxes, the light fixture was broken. When I took it in to have it replaced with the receipt, I was told they do not replace/refund items over 90 days old. Talked to a manager, what a worthless experience. Brand new light, $130. I will make sure and never shop there again and tell everyone of the experience.

I have never been treated so badly as I did by the so called store manager Misty. I bought it $70 lock that when I got home was broke. When I brought it back to get it looked at or replaced a guy called a manager to help. Her comment on the radio was have him come up to the front counter because he will have to come up here anyway. Keep in mind I live 28 miles away so this is basically a 60 mile round trip to take care of this. In my way to the front counter I met her walking towards me. When I started to explain my situation she started to get an attitude with me. I did not cuss, yell, make a scene or threaten in any way. I asked to lose the attitude which she replied I dont have one. I said yes you do. So I then just wanted my mo eyes back. She said she wouldnt be threatened in my store. I said I did not threaten her and that she was rude and then she said she would call the police. I asked her please do! Sad service and nasty management. Been going there for over three years. Will not be back!

Store item locations are incorrect. Sales people are not receptive to assisting people with locating items.Asked 3 times for help in flooring and finally haunted someone down. Not busy at the time either.

We just bought mulch.... a lot of mulch. Dylan who works in lawn and garden was wonderful. He got us loaded, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made moving over 100 bags of mulch (more than one trip) a pleasant experience. Thanks, Dylan!! Youre awesome.

The help was great, the gentleman tried really hard to help us, but unfortunately they did not have one set of matching washer and dryers. Every set they only had one, either had washer and no dryer or vise versa.. very disappointed. Need to keep a better stock

I would give 0 stars if I could. First time I encountered an issue was when I was shopping for a washer and dryer set. Took over an hour to find someone willing to assist in the purchase as my wife and I already knew which ones we wanted. Took an additional hour or more to finish the purchase. The second issue I had is the one I am most unimpressed with. My wife placed an order online for a front house door with a storm door and chose to have them installed as Lowes offers that service with installation prices ranging from $130 to $400. The delivery and install process was confirmed to her for Tuesday the 27th. The doors were delivered on Tuesday but were left on our front deck outside. Wednesday she was repeatedly given a run around and finally was promised resolution. Thursday Lowes scheduled someone to come out Friday at 1 pm to take care of the issue. They never showed and upon calling the store to find out whats going on was hung up on multiple times without justification. I decided to call and was hung up on as well. When I finally got someone to not hang up they told me they would call me back. Instead they called my wife back and told her it would be over $700 to install the front door. I will not be going back to this Lowes location anymore if I go back to Lowes at all. I am not impressed with their incompetency and unprofessional behavior.

Went in labor day for gas line parts needed a female end the female end box was filled with all male parts and the guy said he couldnt help us cause he doesnt know when they will get it in stock it hasnt even been ordered needing this part badly he didnt offer to see if any of their sister stores may have it hardly anyone who helps you knows anything about what youre needing or even talking about there is a few that know their stations but not many at all the paint guy know he knows his stuff

Most of the washer are broken, and few dryers worked good. I had to change my laundry around several times to avoid the dryer eating my laundry. Place was overly clean. No bugs! Huge plus!!

Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere...period!! I recently was trying to find a product and asked for help, I was treated like I was a bother this man, the so called acting store manager, he was disrespectful and rude because he had to take time to look up stock on the store computer. Ive had similar experiences at this store before having just moved to this area and spending close to $15,000 there, well no more!! I had a patio table sitting there ready to check out, which I did and this so called acting store manager flat out refused to help me load this clearly marked two person handling box into my vehicle!! A lady customer heard the exchange and walked over to me and said lll help you load it if he wont!! She was a big help!!! Lowes lost my business!!! And maybe hers too!! Acting manager...shame on you!!!

They are severely understaffed had to hunt someone down to help us. Once we finally got service the did well.

My ex-boyfriend assaulted me last month and was arrested and I put an ex parte order. On Friday he did not get what he expected, or what he wanted in court when it came to the ex parte, and very mad about . Today when I arrived at the house there was no power. I instantly started looking up generators on Google. They supposed to had some in stock at Walmart, so I go to Walmart they dont have any, let alone any in stock. So my friend suggest we go to Lowes they just seem some the other day. We go to Lowes and I got me a Coleman 3500 Watts generator for less than $500 with some decent warranties with it. So, thank you to the Lowes in Hannibal Missouri store, for not letting me be stuck in the dark made. It made my night...

Employees either dont know what theyre doing, complaining about working too hard, or about other employees not working and the cashiers enjoy standing at one register and making everyone wait.. People arent very friendly either... Hannah, Laura and Clay are some good employees.

Well not as good as usual, Just like every business, low untrained not enough help felt sorry for evening shift, No training no people skills just ask someone else 1 hour 45 minutes to return a damaged freezer . Not a big deal .The salesman took charge over the manager and got things done

Me and Samantha went to the Lowes to pick up some paint and lumber. Besides that we picked some ant killer and a darn lawn mower! Good thing we brought the truck! I just love this store, they got everything. A guy named Wade helped us with the lawn mower and another guy mixed up the paint. We loaded the truck and now Sam is cutting grass and Im painting the chicken coop. Were going back tomorrow for a BBQ grill. Just need some good recipes for run to put on my ribs. One of the managers said shes a grill fanatic so maybe shell come through with a good rub recipe. Her name was Jen and she was busy but stopped long enough to let me know that. I love these people!

They are nearly impossible to contact via phone. 95% of the time I call, not a single department will answer. If I get lucky, the operator will answer and then proceed to connect me to the department that wont pick up the phone. If this was a one off thing I probably wouldnt be writing this. It happens every single time though. 10+ times.

It means a lot to me to be in a community where the right thing is done. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk with. I talked with 5 different store employees and all of them were on their jobs.

Excellent store that I can run in and get everything I need for my many home improvement projects. Customer service is okay, but unfortunately Lowes really shot themselves in the foot when they did away with commission for their sales specialists. Product knowledge and know-how took a big hit.

I love our Lowes! Its a huge store with everything that I could ever want as far as home Goods goes. It has a big parking lot and convenient entrances. We purchase our spring flowers there every year and they always do well and the prices are great. They have plenty of people to help you and serve you when need to find what you want. Theyre always courteous, and most know exactly where everything is. Small items like Windex Etc you may be able to get a better price at Walmart, otherwise their prices are pretty good.

Went in store because on-line order would not go through correctly. Laura at customer svc desk got on-line for me & took care of problem with main office. Took over a half hour but she handled it very thoroughly. Very happy with results.

I really like Lowes. I purchased a special order gas range and got a great deal on sale. It took a few weekntobcome in and by the time I picked it up it was on sale again and for an even better price. They refunded me the difference and made me extremely happy! Not to mention I think that my Frigidaire Gallery Range is f-ing awesome. Couldnt be happier! Looks for those sales. Use a Lowes card and get an additional 5% off. But pay that thing off immediately! Never carry a balance on a Lowes card unless you like 28% interest rates.

My wife and I have some beautiful faucets Pfister that were just installed Saturday correction Friday Night by our sun Sean. I had not asked him and was not aware that he was installing them but then when he asked me for channel locks and various tools to put them in thats when he told me they werent doing any good sitting where they were pop. How cool is that! And he did a great job of installing and they will look and work beautifully.

Called for a question but have to go through automated system to get anywhere. Should be helped by a person answering the phone and directing it in correct direction.

I purchased the Furnace Filters that you cut to size. The product was very reasonably priced and easy to find. The staff members employed there are very knowledgeable about their products and know their store very well.

I enjoy going to Lowes. I can spend hours walking up and down the aisles just looking at all the products available and the new products and their possibilities. The store is kept well organized and with the use of the app, if you know the name of the product you seek, it will take you right to the section and shelf where you can find it. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that so many times Ive gone in needing assistance with a current project and the items needed to get it accomplished; only to find all the area staff to be mostly young and uneducated in their areas, IF I could find a clerk at all. The last time I went in, I needed some information on flooring I was putting in, I pushed the help button and waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to show up and turn off the repetitive PA recording for the area. And the clerk that showed up knew nothing of the area. They talked back and forth on the radio to several people and in the end I gave up to go do web research for myself. Id like to see this situation improved.

Went into the Hannibal store today to purchase a kitchen faucet. Salesman Lonnie was a tremendous help in my decision to purchase a Delta faucet. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different types of faucets, installation, etc. Thank you to Lonnie for his awesome customer service!

Not pleasant to shop at. Every time you go there there is a problem. Either they dont have it or no one knows where anything is. And when you try to make it simple and pre order a pickup the people at customer service are abnoxious. I think ill stick to home depot or ace when possible.

My sister who has breast cancer bought a huge air conditioner from this store as hers no longer worked. They get 1 star for delivering the air conditioner the man that dropped it off would not help her carry this up the stairs she had to do this herself, Shame on Lowes for not being more compassionate and caring.
