They charge for pick up once a week and only pick up once every two weeks. They charge full price for month when you call they never answer or respond

Horrible service! Trash was hardly ever picked up. At one point we had gone 4weeks without pick up. We constantly had to call or text Greg to let him know. He always had an excuse. Today our trash was picked up along with our dumpster. We were told our dumpster was picked up due to a disagreement with a neighbor up the road that uses them as well. (Probably because they have to same problem as us) We were told that since we were the “only two” out this way that they decided to take our dumpster as well because of the hassle and drama. The only so called “drama” there was on mine and my husbands end was our trash not getting picked up and having to constantly call or text. The owner Greg is extremely rude, lazy and clueless when it comes to running a business.
