I bank locally at Moberly, MO but was in Hannibal buying a car. I felt very welcomed at the Hannibal location even though I wasnt a regular. They handled the cash transaction I needed and let me park the car on their lot for safe keeping until I could come back to get it. They also let me borrow a screwdriver to remove plates. Thank you again for taking excellent care of me!

The ladies at the Commerce bank in Hannibal Mo. are a great bunch. They know who you are even if you only go once a week. Great customer service.

We have used Hannibal Commerce Bank for 40 years for both personal and business accounts. The staff has always been both friendly and knowledgable.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. This bank Is horrible the service is awful!!!! Its holidays etc and I have left messages with no call back. They have all been rude when speaking to them unhelpful. I am laterally going today to close my account today!!!!!!

Inconsiderate of persons with disabilities. A person with a disability should be able to use the drive thru even if not an account holder. I suggested they change that rule and was met with nothing but pure evil. So I filed a complaint with the Dept of Justice for denying my civil rights. You are just plain wrong.

Highly recommend to go somewhere else, poor service, very hateful and rude.Talked with manager no help.
