This location is now closed so even if you rent a car through here you have to go to quincy in order to pick up the vehicle. Just found this out prior to me getting my rental. If I wanted to rent it in quincy I would have selected quincy as my rental location. Plus now apparently you have to provide them a copy of your utility bill and a pay stub on top of your drivers liscense and proof of insurance. This will be the last time i ever rent from enterprise !! Horrible horrible to treat customers like this especially when Ive rented from them in the past and only had to produce drivers liscense and insurance. Never again!!

Friendly and accommodating. They had told me I would get a certain car, not my request, but what they thought would be available. As it turned out, it needed some regular maintenance, so the gave me a different car. I was scheduled to have it 5 days, and ended up with 18 days due to issues at the body shop. Never had any issues with them or my insurance.

I have avoided Enterprise in Hannibal, MO simply because they have had the same two bad reviews for the past year with no positive ones. As a result, I continued to drive to Quincy, IL for my rentals. Two local friends recently told me they have rented in Hannibal many times with good results, so I decided to give them a try. The car was ready for me on time, it was clean and gave me no problems. The people were courteous and efficient. I will use them again, and am glad I no longer have to drive to Quincy for rentals.

The receptionist was very polite and nice. The last couple of times we have rented from Enterprise we dont get the class of car we requested.This time the car stunk bad and one of the headlights was out. Not getting the class of car is more of an inconvenience then you realize on a 2000 mile trip.

The car we rented was actually really nice but when it comes to customer service they fall extremely short .... I have been waiting and calling and being given the run around for 3 weeks over my deposit return if not for the poor customer service this review would have been much better (handle your customers the same way you expect us to handle your cars)

This place is a joke. Call and make sure they have cars. Dont trust an online reservation confirmation. Stranded in hannibal. Thanks enterprise !

I am not dealing with enterprise ever again. I reserved 3 weeks in advance. They waited till the morning of my rental, while 2000 miles from home, to inform me that I needed to have a copy of my insurance policy, and a utility bill with me! They wouldnt even accept a fax from my insurance carrier! Dont deal with them. Bad company.
