I got just what I asked for and my hair stylist, Macy, did a wonderful job! She did what I asked and also asked if she could do a style that would look good with my appearance, and showed care to her clients and was very polite! I highly recommend!!

New manager at the Hannibal Smart Style inside Walmart started Jan 2021 and is really getting things turned around quick. It is clean, efficient and open more hours. No question that this place will be a great option for the people of Hannibal going forward. Great hire!!

The new management in this salon is a breath of fresh air!!! Brylin took care of my hair, and made sure she listened thoroughly to what I wanted, took note of what products would be great for my service, and which products complimented the service she was performing. We went here wanting blonde highlights and a cut and got something crazy... first of all we told her that he didnt want his hair to short, and she was all lets cut it on a 2. She cut it very choppy and left little hairs sticking out. Then the hairstylist put bleach in my 9 year old cousins hair and then left it for over an hour. She applied the bleach with gloves and her hands then combed it through. While we were waiting she was on her phone quite a lot and was unprofessional. Once the dye was rinsed out, it was a bronze/orange, nothing close to blonde. She then proceeded to put a ton of hard gel in. Not a great experience, wouldnt recommend.

Went to the Hannibal Missouri location. Spent $141 on my hair and its nothing like i wanted. The cut is uneven she put a color remover in and didnt put any color ontop of it, i left with uneven splotchy mess. I called to tell her i wasnt happy with it once i got home and her response was well unfortunately we dont do any refunds but will correct..but unfortunately we cant put color on hair thats been color removed. Thanks for the orange hair! Guess im off to color it myself. Might inalso add...they first scheduled me an appointment on a day they werent even open!!!

Had an appointment today at 4 pm for my son that I made yesterday while getting my hairdone. They did a wonderful job with my hair but I go there today to get my sons haircut and it was closed. Would have been nice if I would have gotten a phone call since I gave them my number...

Not open due to covid. Normally theyre 5 stars, but i need a haircut really bad.

One lady in particular has messed my hair up 3 times... no longer will I get my haircut there. I advise you stay away unless you want to look like Simple Jack! If you don’t know who Simple Jack is watch the movie tropic thunder. Good movie BTW. This is my first bad review of somewhere but I’m sick of going home and shaving my hair off to fix their mistake! I’ll go up the road next time!

Well had my hair permed, cant tell it. Had my hair colored the 2 weeks later, got in the tub and my bath had more color then my hair.When back and did get my money back for the color however the service made me feel as if I had done something wrong. I kept asking if she was angry with me because her attitude was that bad.I hate to give a bad review but I dont do my hair very often and this made me not want to ever do it again.

Standing at the register for 45min waiting to be put on the books to get my sons haircut. Not one of the ladies will stop for a sec to put our name down. We used to live in Bowling Green MO. We live in Jefferson City now. We only take my son to this salon but now Im going to reconsider my business. I will take my business else where.

I dont know what it is but this stylist must be having a bad day. Not only was my haircut uneven or uncut. But my uncles was bad as well. Very unpleased visit.

I just went in to to get some bangs and the girl with the short pink hair (I didnt catch her name), she did a wonderful job! Im really satisfied with them.

Came yesterday, 30 min wait, ok, Ill come tomorrowTomorrow is here, 15 min wait,ok,Ill wait, go to seating area and she is styling the woman who told me 30 min yesterday. So instead of making money they would rather work on each others hair.
