When they say they call you back in 15 mins and never call back great customer service.

I had high hopes for this establishment. Made an appointment for 5:30pm, 2 days in advance. Showed up 5:17pm and waited. I ended up walking out at 5:52. At least give me some notice that you can not keep your appointment time frame and so that I may have the option to come back when you are ready.
