They cut my daughters hair and did a beautiful job

The salon in JC Penny is awesome!!! Andrea does an amazing job. Honestly, I didnt even know they had one there. You arent rushed like at the other locations. My whole family will be going here from now on.

Wish i could give no stars. Called in for a price of a blowout and when i sat in the chair it doubled! Never coming back and never recommending anyone to come here. Customer service is also terrible!

I shouldn’t have to come home, recut my hair and attempt to fix all the mistakes. I look like I have a reverse mullet.....try to imagine that. Going somewhere else tomorrow to clean it up.
