Good people with all the services youd expect from a post office. Though i had my W2 & 1095G mailed to me and neither ever arrived even after multiple times being sent to me. Mail often disappears with USPS.

Received a notice that a package had arrived, the package had been scanned as delivered, the package had either been placed in another box or someone took the package. After I notified the post office and they took several days to supposedly, look for the package, I was informed that they could not locate the package. The only explanation that I got was that employees were human, made errors, and they were sorry. I never received the package and the loss was mine. Getting a package in the right mailbox doesn’t seem to be a very difficult task to achieve, but in this case appeared to be. To the person that received the package and did not return it...you are a thief!!!

When I requested a mailbox key, they were amazing and fast, even came out to get me my mail while I waited for my new lock and keys to arrive. A package was lost and they went above to locate it even had the mailman go out and make sure it wasnt in the wrong box. amazing service! best post office Ive been to

Want my missing meds that were suppose to be delivered around the 8th. Supposedly they were canceled but my pharmacy says they have no record of the cancelation nor have they recieved them back yet.

Waited over 30 minutes in line not even an acknowledgement very rude

I mail packages 3 days a week and theyre always so helpful. They also always find the less expensive way to ship my packages and still get there quickly. The wait is never long.

Mail service is unacceptable. I’ve received multiple neighbors mail and I’ve had them receive ours. While most neighbors are honest like myself some are NOT! I’ve been patiently waiting on a check for a weeks, the mail delivery driver once again put my bills and check in the wrong mailbox. The neighbors who received my mail happened to be on vacation so my bills were late (1st time ever) and I had to call the company who issued the check to stop payment and reissue another check (another long wait) completely unacceptable.

Most the time they get my mail delivered but some stuff never gotten to me and I was unable to get that item replaced next they stated they could deliver to my address due to unable to reach the address when they delivered to here yesterday and never gave a missed you/notice at my door that they couldn’t deliver.

Tracking said my package was out for delivery on Saturday at 8 am. Its now Tuesday with no update on where my package is. Dont even bother calling because theyre always busy. I also get neighbors mail all the time.

Mail system SUCKS! My mail is being sent to the wrong address more than once, I dont even know if Im getting all my mail. Also to call the 1-800 number I have a 40 minute hold time? Thats ridiculous and horrible way to treat your customers. I just want my mail to be delivered to ME and not my neighbor.

Horrible customer service they were very rude and condescending. I went in because every time I attempted to them they were always “busy”,so anyways I went in to inform them that the key that was left in my mailbox got stuck when I was trying to open the box in the bottom where my package was located and all they said was push it in and turn the key.🙄 I then proceeded to tell them that I had been doing that for the past ten minutes and nothing and that I was afraid the key might brake if I turned it too hard. They just gave me a number to call( this is the same number I had previously called with no luck). Now I have wake wake up tomorrow and wait for the mail carrier to come by and god mows what time that’ll be.

Delivered packages never get delivered, bw careful if you can use a different service do yourself the favor and do it

Wife went in for approval of mailbox relocation from front yard near sidewalk to our front door and was denied evere so rudely from a undressed ready to work postmaster smh i wont stop period.......

The mail man scanned my package as delivered but was never delivered!!! we have locked box mail boxs!! if it was delivered it would have been in there like the post office stated it was!!! They said theres nothing they can do..... WORST POST OFFICE EVER!
