First time using order ahead with pickup service. Thank goodness I inventoried my purchases. Not everything was there. Let customer service know and still waited 20 minutes for the department to pull the remaining items of my order and get them to me.
Incredible. I was looking for a Power Tiller and Lowes just so happen to rise where Home Depot has failed. Even tho I had two choices I decided on the gas over electric due to a more flexibility. Even the workers were calm thru my many questions and helped when I asked . Thanks you Lowes a amazing experience
Just giving five stars for you can see review. My husband and I went to kick up some lounge chairs I ordered through the app. I went inside as my husband parked in the pick up area. I was told by an employee that the chairs will be brought out to the car. We waited 30 min. No one came. We went inside to check what is happening. My husband asked if he can just them. The employee brought them to the front for us and let us take it to the car. This isnt the first bad experience with pick up.JUST GO TO HOME DEPOT!!! I have noticed they do better customer service with their pick up packages.
Went in searching for turf. None of the workers seemed willing to help us find any and kept passing us off to other workers to be helped. Finally went to the customer service pro area and the lady helped us get turf samples quickly and gave us a quote fast as well. Only person helpful was the lady.
A little surprised.. Lowe’s employees use to be more knowledgeable about the department that they’re working in. Not just the knowledge like where can I can find sandblaster attachments or how many 2X4X12 wooden beams do you have in stock? They would have an opinion about what kind of wood I should use and which sand blaster attachments work best for what and more!
Went to purchase a smoker/grill. Had to ask 4 different associates for assistance. The first 3 said they did have it in stock and that they would go get some one to bring it out for us from their backroom. Waited about 45 minutes and no one came out. Finally the 4th associate ask us if we needed help. We let her know what we needed she went to grab the item in the back and was back like in 10 minutes with our grill. I think they need to work on their customer service a little better.
It was nice ordered online drove an hour to pick up a mini shed they loaded it on truck with a forklift. Fast easy.
The store is well laid out. Roomy. Very few bottle neck areas. Easy to maintain social distancing.

And they do have very knowledgeable associates if you need any help or have any questions on any type of repair! I would give it 5 stars. But I didnt cuz they really need a tram service inside because that place is huge...

Lowe’s curb side workers, please answer your curbside pickup calls. I called an hour ago 5 times, and no one answers. Then got told to come back in an hour... now no one answers again! Y’all are closing in an hour, it’s 9pm I ordered my stuff at 5:45pm. There is no one else out here. How hard is it to really answer a phone & bring my items. Not like I ordered a refrigerator. Y’all get paid to not answer phones and lag? Sounds like a extra fun job... where do I sign up? 😃
Nick (store associate), Mark and Javi (paint associates) were extremely helpful with my concerns, questions and requests regarding certain paints and hardware items. The paint associates were so busy with some many orders but stop no matter what to answer my questions about choosing the correct gloss. Jessica at the cash register had communicated effectively and greet my baby and I with a friendly hello. I will be definitely coming back around, especially if I run out of paint.
So I went to Lowes to buy a hotwater heater. They carry AO Smith brand and those are the best. A person on the floor helped me. They were very helpful. They went and found me a cart as I did not see any available at the entrance. When I checked out the cashier they did not ask me if I wanted my receipt printed, emailed or both which the register does give those options. I wanted a printed and email she printed and handed me the printed receipt. She did not ask me if I needed assistance loading it.
Ive been coming here pretty frequently as we are doing some modifications to our home. Lowes has pretty much everything you can possibly need for home DIY projects! Even if it isnt currently in stock, they can always source it from a nearby store within a day or 2. I have never had a problem with rude or unhelpful staff here, they are always friendly and happy to help! Its amazing what happens when you actually look after your employees and pay them a fair wage!My only complaint is that sometimes (not always) there can be a 15-20 minute wait to check out with your items because they dont have enough checkouts open. Otherwise very happy! Way better than home depot!

His warm and friendly demeanor, as well as his prompt assistance with my paint selection shows that Lowe’s values the consumer and hires quality employees to assist with daily business operations. This is a top notch employee. He deserves a raise . Lowes you are lucky to have someone like Eric working for you and rocking your vest! I will continue going to Lowe’s instead of your competitor Home Depot to spend my money in your store because of employees like Eric . Keep it up !
Tried the curbside option, app said order was ready, it was 1 item. I arrived, called the number (same number from app and sign on site). Rang 7-10 times answered then was transfered and put on hold (5 min). Hung up called again (same number) answered, transferred and put on hold again (7 min). Called 3rd time, answered, transferred and then asked for order number and my stall number. It was the same person that answered the transfered call all 3 times and I had to repeat both numbers twice and once at the vehicle. I was the only vehicle at the curbside pick up area. The employee then demanded my ID even after showing my cellphone screen with the app and pick up info pulled up. I understand the ID thing, but after the rest of the stuff I had gone through it was a bit much especially since I was the only car there the whole time. This is not the first time Ive had issues with this store and its issues with customer service, but will most likely be the last.

Buyer beware!!! False advertisement to get your money! I searched for days trying to find a washer that I could get delivered as soon as possible. I was excited to find the washer im looking for here at lowes with a delivery date at the end of the week. Well less than 24hrs to the delivery they rescheduled of course the date they gave me was not doable for myself so I had to reschedule for an additional week out. Have small children and using a laundry mat during COVID is not a fun situation. Lowes will never get my business again.
Did not have many plastic planters to choose from. The shelves are barely stocked for some things in the garden area.
Horrible experience. Went to go buy concreat. They couldnt help me in the concrete department and on top of that they told me to go grab a ladder from aisle 17 to go get my own concrete that was pushed in the back. So I went to home Depot and they had plenty of what I was looking for ready to be picked up and they were very nice about it and it was cheaper
Lowes is awesome! They give military discounts if you sign up online. The store is clean and organized. I only wish the employees would enforce the use of face coverings for customers walking in. A lot of people are seen without it even though their sign says is mandatory
If you cant find a particular item in the other retail shops you can always count on lowes to have it
Lowes is a good store but it is very hard to find the fence panels that we have been trying to get for a very long time and keep getting told maybe next week
Employees helped me find my items. Building was neat and clean. Only complaint is the long waiting line to check out.

1. Checkout lines are always long, with only a few cashiers, at the main checkout registeres, lumber and construction checkouts, and garden checkouts. HomeDepot has self checkouts maki g their checkouts very quick and easy. Lowes refuses to install them. This us one reason I usually prefer to shop at Home Depot instead of Lowes. I only go to Lowes if Home Depot doesnt have something Im specifically looking for.2. MyLowes purchase tracking system for returns without a physical papaer receipt always fails to work properly. Home Depots similar system works flawlessly and perfectly every time.Save yourself the headaches and go to Home Depot, unless they dont have something. Then go to Lowes.

Went for a porch light. 2 boxes left of our choice. Got it home & the glass was shattered. Went back. Swapped. Got it home, fixture did not work. Took back. Went to home depot. All day deal. What a waste of a day!

A large clean store, however the garden center is lacking in variety of plants and garden decor. The staff is friendly, however theyre difficult to find and lacking in knowledge...if you want really knowledgeable and helpful gardening info go to Hoffmans (about 1/2 mile away). Hoffmans offers much more knowledgeable staff and suggestions for your planting needs.Lowes is a decent big box store if you need to pick up household items. I wish their garden center was better staffed and stocked (that way I could kill two birds with one stone instead of needing to make two stops).

Ordered a fridge from this store and the delivery service that Lowe’s uses damaged our brand new front door and stripped the pins to our door hinges. They didn’t even bother to put our door back on correctly either! I called to let the manager know and he took down my number and haven’t heard anything since. Supposedly, someone from the company they hired would reach out to me. Long story short, either don’t have large appliances delivered to your home or shop elsewhere! We had nothing but problems buying our fridge from this store. Save yourself the headache.
I went here to help my aunt pick up an order. Its pretty clean. The staff wasnt terribly helpful or friendly to my aunt, though.
Helpful staff and ample parking
Can always find what Im looking for, but you need to hire or train your staff in the areas they work in. Bought a mower there a while back and the lady tried to tell me I had to mix the gas and oil together in order for it to run properly, I knew that wasnt correct and just shook my head and walked away.

Great store with friendly staff. However my online order box was nearly 4x3 feet when the item inside was barely 2x3feet. I dont understand who needs such a large box and where they are supposed to fit such a box for transportation without having a truck with them.

Horrible customer service... we’ve been trying to get our blinds cut for 8 months now, every time we go in either the machine is broken, or no one is there to work it... I specifically called in yesterday to ask if the machine is working before I drove all the way from Selma to Hanford.. and she said it was working so we get the whole way there, wait for 30 mins after ringing the bell 20 times... Finally someone came to “help” but then just kept going back and forth to the manager on getting someone to help us... not one person in that entire place could work the cutting machine... so we asked to speak to someone else and some girl comes down and says you need to come back another day no one is here to do that, and we said no forget that we have waited long enough and specifically called to make sure we could get this done today... so We said we will just return our blinds and go somewhere else.. she said ok that’s fine and walks away.. it’s super frustrating when it’s already been a hassle.. then poor customer service on top of it..
Its mostly good, you can get usually get the things you need. Although the ordering of supplies for delivery and the delivery process well, thats something else. But in the end store management of the store made it right. So like I said mostly good.
Very poor customer service, there is only one cashier checking out and at least 10 customers on the line! A couple of employees are just walking around probably staring at customers WAITING, and this ALWAYS HAPPENS!

Customer service is seriously lacking... went through ALL departments and got looks from the associates but no actual may I help you?... the shelves are a mess, couldnt really find anything that belonged in their respective spot... when I was working at Lowes back home, customer service is what kept our customers coming back instead of going to Home Depot... but I have to say Im going to make the switch to the Home Depot

Needs more cash registers opened not just one. Black Friday is fast approaching and need more than 6 registers opened at all times. Sure less ppl shopping but I dont see what are the employees not doing anything but sit around pretending to do something. instead all employees should be walking aisle to aisle talking to welcomed customers if they need help looking for something or having to ask a quick question. I see too many ppl not working and talking to each other not doing any work task as scheduled. Customer Service are really nice and friendly tho they need few cash registers opened to make things easier for people and for those who dont have patience. Continue to lower them prices everyday was very impressed on todays prices!! 😀
Lowes is the place to shop if youre looking to landscape or do some home improvements just ask one of the employees and they will direct you to your hardware. Lowes a quiet clean environment. If you need to exchange an item there more then happy to help you at the customer service center. Lowes has great bargains too. I recommend Lowes to family and friends.
