10 stars !!!! Artie is awesome. Needed service immediately, so call 800 number. Got set up with very expensive plan. Went into store to pick up equipment and Artie offered two other plans, much less expensive, and explained all steps and issues involving set up. Put Artie in Management; he is a great service-oriented businessman. Other 2 guys in the office seemed very nice and professional as well!!!!
I went in with a problem that hours on customer service couldnt solve, and they solved it immediately in the store. Mick was amazing, and offered me a plans that saved me money on top of taking care of my problem. I ended up transferring all my wireless to Xfinity due to him, which I had no intention of doing prior to the visit. He was available through phone and text all three days the process took. Very satisfied.
Everybody at THIS store has been amazing and helpful!My experience so far, despite my terrible luck, is its better to do any MAJOR account changes OR TRANSFERS in person rather than online. 👍I upgraded my internet AND switched over my cellular service online originally which apparently is a big NO-NO!I waited a few days thinking our router would arrive. Nope. In fact, my new sim card for my phone stated it was still in transit when the Xfinity store shows as delivered.LACEE FIIIINNNNAAAALLY got me set up with my internet! 🙏AND MICK was able to get my cell phone service switched over from AT&T to Xfinity! (Granted, it took a while and Im also extremely impatient) 🙌I just know whenever I come in with a problem, it ALWAYS gets solved and I leave a happier lady! 😌👍THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! ❤
I walked into the store to exchange a modem that I believe was bad. I told the associate that I had been having trouble with it, the passed two months. I also told the associate that I have had technicians out to my home several time in the passed year.Each time the techs have said that the medems are refurbished and old. The associate try to sell other products. I told the associate that I just wanted to exchange the modem.
Lacee Muniz is the most friendly, helpful, professional, customer service person I have ever dealt with in any store or business! Do whatever it takes to keep this employee happy!
The Staff were great on helping with anything I had problems with Nice polite And they even put on lullaby songs for my son who is one years old
Im sure the store is great, but the cable service itself is garbage. Horrible user interface, horrible connections, voice command malfunctions, sound cuts out constantly....not pleased.

Went in to purchase a phone . ( Was expensive to be expected ) . The store promised a 2 day delivery . After signing paper work . Transferring the new service . The following day during a follow up . We were told due to back order it would take over a month to receive that phone . No offers or substitute provided . In other words, ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL dealing with this company.
