Pretty good hole in the wall rental place. Never noticed them before but used them for a company rental and they were quick and accommodating.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Desaree at the Hanford location! I worked with her for an event rental for an event we are hosting at work. Her customer service was above and beyond! 10/10 will continue to do business with Action.

Very friendly service. We rented for a wedding. We were told they would call before picking up so we would not bother the venue owner, but they did not. Also, when we arrived, we realized tables were not brought as requested. Then as we set up, we realized napkins were not brought as requested. Had to drive to the business to pick out correct color again. Problems were fixed immediately. They did compensate for the napkins though. Prices are decent.

Wish I wouldve posted this sooner. They were good up until my wedding day. The chandelier I rented fell off the arch and broke right before the ceremony. Not windy whatsoever that day, it was sunny 80 degrees in early May. So This delayed our wedding and guests had to wait to be seated. I called on my honeymoon to have them reimburse me for the incident and they wouldnt because I signed their contract to rent it out. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! This shouldve been an exception. This was their fault for not properly installing the chandelier on the arch. They are lucky it didnt fall on us during our ceremony because they would be hearing from my lawyer. Beware all you brides out there!! Dont make the mistake I did.

Action is what one would expect from a small town business. Very friendly and hospitable, good equipment at fair prices. This will be my new go to place for all of my rental needs.

Party rental place to Big Warehouse very helpful employees. The rent things like tables and chairs and stuff for parties dishes in and glasses silverware tablecloths everything for a party

In response to Daniella Moore feedback, Her wedding was in 2015 and she just left a review for our company. It was a beautiful day and a gust of wind came in took out the beautiful arch/mandup we setup for her it was secure but with an act of god or mother nature there was not much we can do right before the ceremony. We did refund her money for the rental piece and we at Action felt bad about it the whole situation we gave her a sno cone machine for free for her next event We have contracts and they were all signed with terms and conditions. We have reach out to Mrs Moore to take down her review, as we will do what we can to help or fix any rental situation. See attachment of her wedding Mandup before it was taking out by wind.
