They are very nice at Almas. The work was done in the same day, I picked up within hours. The work is quality. I am impressed and so happy with the end result.

Dropped brand new dress shirt off 8 months ago. Wasnt ready on time and when finally ready it still didnt fit to me. Took it back to complete and when finally done it was way to small and ruined. Alma said she would buy another no problem. 3 months later with no response I call and she says come tomorrow at 5. Suprise the next day at 5 their closed. I go today and she says couldnt find a replacement shirt and she was only willing to pay me the 25.00 for the alteration I paid and nothing for the shirt. She said it was my fault because I took the shirt as is and shes the boss she closes when she wants. I asked her for my shirt back and she said it was at her house. Terrible service its obvious by looking at her shop she is overwhelmed and doesnt care about customer service.

Over priced, rude, unprofessional. Promised to have three alterations done in a week, did not deliver, did not notify, when asked what they would do to make this right, we were hung up on.

Dropped two dresses to be altered on October 1st, asked for them to be done by the 10/24 for a wedding, as of today 10/28 still not done.She told me everyday for a week “come back tomorrow they’ll be done”Still not done, haven’t even been touched

It has been almost two months since I have dropped off some material to have some window valances made, and I still don’t have them. I showed up on the pick up date and she said they weren’t done so to go back in a few days. A few days later I called before going in and she told me they were done. I went to pick them up and they STILL WERE NOT DONE. She said she planned on doing them when I called before I got there and time got away from her. She told me to go back a few days later, which I did and they were still not done. At that time she said she would deliver to my house for the inconvenience and she never showed up. I called to ask about them once again and she said she had an emergency but that she would drop them off today. Once again, she did not show up. She is so unprofessional and it’s a shame this happened because I am a good customer and would’ve continued to return with a lot of work for her but it had to turn out this way. I paid up front so tomorrow I will be walking in to demand a refund. This is completely ridiculous.

Slow turn around time, work had to be redone and still is not what we wanted. I really think calling this a tailor shop is a stretch! Minor alterations, hemming, and waist adjustments seems to be their limits! First and LAST time to this shop. Go to a real tailer shop if you want some quality tailoring done!

The owner was very nice, but obviously very over whelmed with clients. I had dress altered for a wedding and it wasn’t ready the day she said it would be finished. In fact she hadn’t even started it! I returned the next day same day my flight leaves for wedding and I am currently here waiting on her to finish! I am beyond livid at this damn point.

Nice people and offered to fix something that wasnt done right. The job done wasnt good though. Shortened a shirt and the stitching wasnt straight. Could see noticeable curve on the straight hem. After wearing said shirt 3 different times that stitching is beginning to come undone. Had a tank tops upper body/sleeves shortened. Stitched thoroughly but can see string sticking out after a couple wears. Bigger issue is one side wasnt done correctly with too much taken off so the front half is wider than the back half. They tried to get the hem to line up and straight edge but it doesnt and the fabric buldges up bc of the extra fabric. Took 6 days to get two tops altered but was asked how quickly I needed them (I said no rush). Would not recommend

I took some pants in to Almas tailors there where my daughter school they where to long on her so i took them in n she did an amazing job i told her i needed them done in 2 days and she had them done on time

Had my dress tailor, they did an amazing job, and was able to get my dress back in a couple of days.

I brought in one dress and one jumper to Alma. At first she was very nice and accommodating. I dropped off both items on June 26th and I barley got them back today August 15th. When I would call she said she didnt have it done and she would call me to tell me when it was. Weeks would pass and she would never call me. Today was the last straw and I needed the dress for an event I am going to. I show up to try on my dress and it is soaking wet! She said she had taken it to the dry cleaners for me (something I never asked her to do) when she looked at the dress and wanted to do even more alterations I kindly told her no and I would like to take my chlothes home to have another seemstress look and repair it. I did ask her for a receipt for today to show proof that I had picked it up. She would not do so and even got another costomer (who had nothing to do with my situation) involved. There are stains on both my chlothing of which she said the dry cleaners did that. I asked who the dry cleaners were and she back tracked and said she never took them to the dry cleaners but pressed them herself (again something I never asked her to do) she blamed me for the stains even though I had no makeup or deodrant on. She began to become rude with both my husband and I. all I simply wanted was a receipt to show that I had picked up my chlothing today. I have never been treated in such a harsh and rude way by someone I though at first was very kind. She has ruined both my chlothes and Im out $65. Please do not take your chlothes to her. She will tell you oh you pick up Friday but will not have them ready. This has been such an awful experience and I hope it doesnt happen to anyone else please please please do not take your chlothes to her she will start out very nice and sweet and then turn very rude with you . She came so highly recommended by people I know and Im very disappointed with the sloppy work she has performed
