Although our experience was not the best I truly appreciated Mr. Dias contacting us out of concern for our well being and rectifying the situation. He was willing to listen to our concerns and help us come to a resolution.

Diaz law firm is 1.7 miles from the Hanford superior court. I filed paper work with them to file for the court so I can have my minute orders for child custody ..they have yet to move 1.7 miles away to file that paper work and in the mean time their client has broken orders on multiple occasions and I can not do anything without that paper work! I feel theyre Harboring that paper work until she leaves the country so I can not file a police report and send my ex back to court! File my orders so the judge can sign it !! Your client is breaking the minute orders and its been over 2 weeks since I have seen my kids !!!

I went to pioneer with mr dias daughter and always had respect for him as i got older and found myself in trouble he and his firm helped me out represent ing me then a couple years ago johnet Montgomery evicted me from my fathers home we wrongfuly and now the firm is representing someone sueing me for my home kinda disappointed at this point but what goes around comes around!
