This is a very well kept building! My first visit for a conference, but the facilities are magnificent. I would highly recommend visiting the area and consider renting it for your convention or celebration needs.

Bring your own chairs & listen to great music!! Food trucks are out there, but you can also bring in your food. Its an annual thing, & fun & relaxing. Lawn sitting in a big area .

Attended the Thursday night farmers market. They have local bands that play oldies, Tex Mex, country, etc and locals selling food. Its always a great time and its free.

Sept 17 2021, people were honoring their family and friends that have passed from cancer. They put candles in paper bags with the victims names, pictures, sayings, quotes.

The Ol Civic auditorium hasnt changed much. This a cool spot to take a little walk after eating an ice cream from accross the street. Very historical place i love how theyve pressered this place.

Its a beautiful old building built in a grand scale. If you ever have a chance to go inside, do it. If you ever get to see an event there, youll be satisfied.

Great place for events very rustic building with lots of history. Parking is minimal so give yourself time to park and walk. Civic center is located in a very safe area PD males their presence known. Not sure they ofer catering or this particular fundraiser I attended had their own catering but they were very stingy with the food plates and servings were kids size and mediocre at best.

Because its a great old original establishment the old Hanford jail in still standing

This is an historic, active, beautifully preserved theater. It is movie and lie venue capable. It is a fixture of a city square that includes other historic buildings and a park with large trees. If that is not enough theres the superior dairy ice cream shop, Excellent.

Its always such a beautiful place to go on a sunny Sunday afternoon. But the City needs to handle the homeless population that gathers there. Cant enjoy a walk, or lunch, without being accosted

Nice auditorium. Old and kept up through the years. Clean bathrooms. The lawn in front needs to be watered.

It was old but cool it has the upper seats its like an old auditorium from school. Pretty cool place

Great place to visit seems theres always something going on from concerts in the park. To the Renaissance Fair. Its right across from Superior Dairy and the Fox Theater. And lets not forget the carousel and hot dog stand for the kids.

I had a great time with my friend, dancing & listening to the 70s music. The band was superb. My favorites 70s music

Its the best and if you have a kid i highly suggest to put them in for summer day camp

It was fun working/enjoyed the plunge/fantastic activities/enjoyed meeting the staff. Mrs Chavez my Supervisor is very easy to talk to, well informed and brings in wonderful special guest (magician, speaker of music, puppeteer & more. This is a exciting place to come for the summer. MsRose

I attended the Ren Faire at this location. It was adequate, but the facilities for restrooms are seriously lacking. At other events, such as the rock show in September, the restrooms in the park were never opened for use by the hundreds of people attending the show. We had to rely on the restrooms in the Veterans Hall.

Hanford has such a cool downtown and the Blues Festival is wonderful along with all the great old architecture that has been really lovingly restored

Beautiful area and a gem to the Hanford community. They offer many things at this auditorium and they accommodate to almost everything.

Great facility for a party or event

Its an old civic auditorium. Its in decent shape and they host some nice events and fundraisers.

Always a pleasure to visit the Civic for whatever reason, classic, old-time feel in the decorations plus a big wide open space.

Went to Community Easter Eggstravaganza right in front of The Auditorium!! Our son had a Blast! He kept telling me, This is so much fun!! He was so proud of his 3 Prizes he won, from the 3 Prize eggs he found!! What a great Easter!! The Auditorium was beautiful, so well kept up! Love it!! #FunatCivicPark

The Civic Auditorium went to sit in on a town meeting to voice are opinion on local buisness.

I went to see a show right before Halloween and I was not impressed. The sound was terrible and the show started an hour late
